I totally agree texag2011. There are too many games that I want to play to be satisfied with one console. I have been a multiconsole since the original Nes and Sega Master System days. Maybe even a little before that because I had Atari and Colecovision. I never have to worry about one platform getting the exclusive over another.
The information is available to be searched that the Wii U is being sold at a profit and has been for a few months. That is why they refuse to do a price drop. Add this to them being able to move some units with Mario Kart 8 and I can easily see them making a quarterly profit.
And for that reason I will always have a Nintendo system as part of my gaming collection.
@Lol_ Wut I'm pretty sure my statement said consoles as in every system the company makes is profitable. I have a hard time believing the PS4 is profitable for Sony this early on. I'm not sure about the Vita but I know Nintendo now makes a profit on the Wii U and every 3DS variant it sells. Nintendo rarely takes a loss on hardware. The 3DS was their first system in a long time to do so which they resolved that quickly. The Wii U followed at being sold at a loss but they fixed that as ...
Actually, they are the only company out of the big three that their consoles are being sold at a profit.
That screen shot is ridiculous considering what they had to work with on the Wii. I can't wait to see what their Wii U game looks like.
I have over 40 games for my Wii U. I thought I was the man until you said you have over 100. Keep in mind I also have a Xbox One, PS4, and a gaming PC.
I was running Ultra textures. I dialed it back to High. The stuttering seem to get better but not completely go away especially driving pretty fast in a vehicle.
I have 6 gigs of vram and I don't even come close to using it all and the game still stutters.
Why should I have to downgrade the quality when my rig is more than capable of handling the game if it was optimized right?
I have the beta for both the PC and PS4 and you have to see the game in motion. The PC is clearly the better looking version with better AA and a higher native resolution. The difference between the beta on PC and PS4 is the same as the difference between the versions of Battlefield 4 to me.
Very well said my friend. You get a bubble up from me.
No matter how each console sells it won't dictate how much I enjoy them. The way these guys are celebrating the sales figures, you would think they actually got commission on each unit sold.
Rainbow Six is the best thing I have seen from E3 so far. I really wasn't expecting it but it was a pleasant surprise.
I think Nintendo killed it. Sony had some great games but the actual presentation put me to sleep. As for who won, I'll let the fan boys decide. I own all three current generation consoles and a PC so as a gamer I won.
Yes. A 5 out of 5 is high praise coming from this site. I think the game deserves it.
I will add you when I get home. I will warn you that Mario Kart 8 is taking up most of my time.
If you thought there were "no talents" on Black Ops 2 for the Wii U you obviously haven"t played against me than.
I'm running a Titan and I still have issues as well.
I have fond memories of this system. Pac Man actually looked closer to the arcade than the 2600. Cartridges were huge. Definitely fun times.
