I love Nintendo but I think they are doing this to create an even greater demand. I remember the Mario Kart Wii situation where the game with the wheel pack on was hard to find for a while due to alleged manufacturing issues.
I can almost guarantee that about 80% of those disagrees never played the game. I really liked, the game myself.

If you guys thought N64 games were expensive at launch, try being a Neo Geo fan. I remember paying $150 or more for the "true" arcade experience. The most expensive game I bought for the N64 was Killer Instinct Gold for $79.99.

I'm jealous. My copy of Phantasy Star won't work at all. I tried cleaning the cartridge contacts and it still doesn't work. Maybe I will find something on Ebay.
I still have mine and it's still fully functional. This is one of my go to gaming systems for retro gaming along with the Nes, Genesis, Snes, and Neo Geo.

The issue of low stock for mature games on the Wii U is nothing new to me. I preordered Splinter Cell Blacklist for the Wii U at Best Buy and they didn't get in any copies. This was also the case for all the stores in my area with the exception of one, GameStop. GameStop had one copy which was already cut open and being used for display. I'm not sure if it's the stores who order just a few copies because they think mature games won't sell on the Wii U or is it a distribution ...

Kids... Anyway way, my comment wasn't a knock on Destiny being number one on the Playstation platform. Every advertisement I saw for the game was for Sony's hardware with the exception of those Destiny perfume ads from Microsoft. I bought the game for the PS4 myself but oddly enough I have more friends playing the game on Xbox One than Playstation 4. I'm not saying there are more people overall playing on Xbox but I'm comparing the people on my friends list for both consoles. ...
As much as Destiny was advertised for the Playstation 4 it should be number one on that platform.
This movie was a lot better than Double Dragon, Street Fighter, and that rediculous Super Mario Bros movie.
I think it was speculation but it seems kind of odd that there is always a shortage when they decide to manufacture a accessory or special hardware. I guess the strategy works for them. I had little interest in Amiibo but now I am trying to collect them.
