they stated themselves there's an update included with the download, but it's a tiny portion of it.
so most of it's content needed to play the game, so why not put the rest of the data on a second disc.
everything's installed on these new consoles so you wouldn't need to swap discs after the install.

firstly, that's speculation, there's not a shred of proof there, and believe me, i visited that site, if they had proof that she was lying they'd have posted it.
