really, you think there's even the slightest possibility that this game will live up to 14 years of expectation?
that is not the same as saying it will be a bad game remember.
a decent pc will do what onlive does, and it will also allow you to keep the games you pay money for.
if it's leading to a store card type deal then that's good, but fo most people who use steam adding a tenner when the game is only say 8 quid seems rather pointless.
i fear they may scrap the pay the exact amount thing altogether and just let you load your wallet with preset amounts.
