I think the Gears franchise could go on to become Xbox's flagship title and may encourage 343i to step up there game. Nothing like friendly competition within MS studios to help improve game quality cause I did think Halo 5 a bit of a story problem. Also Gear's popularity is really high right now. Been a really long time since we got a gears game.
Holiday 2020 I think is a safe bet. Depends really when developers have felt like they've maxed out the systems capabilities, MS and Sony will want to make as much money as possible before launching another console imo.
The rift doesn't have a processing Unit. PSVR does. If PSVR is of similar quality to the Rift and has a processing unit on top of that I could see it going up to that price but this is conjecture until proven true... I don't know what the quality of the product is or how much power is in the processing unit or is the PSVR is coming with the move stick and camera. It all depends. I estimate the price at $500 or matching Rift at $600.
This is gonna annoy so many Half Life fans who've been waiting for years for the third installment. Personally I would prefer to see a L4D 3 but that's just me.

By that logic Sony padded there E3 conference with Shenmue 3 and FF7, games that are years away. The nostalgia effect. No one should expect to see those games in 2016 or 2017. Console gamers will buy/play it on Xbox One and PC gamers will buy/play it on PC. I'm glad MS are providing more options to gamers and PC is just another avenue to make money. There's over 200 million people on Windows 10 now.

That was the timing, nothing to do with the platform. It released in a bad window surrounded by huge games, guess what same thing would have happened on PS4.

Rumor is that there working on Liberty City DLC. I think it might be true cause it was confirmed by one of actors that they'd been working on DLC with Rockstar. And I don't think they'd leave money on the table, imagine how much money they could make from a SP DLC with all the copies sold thus far.

Why are people trying to spin this into a negative. MS are providing options and people are just playing list wars. It also goes both ways, games on xbox will go to PC but games on PC will also be coming to Xbox. (e.g. Dayz, Ark etc.) This is nothing but a good thing for gamers.
