They've ruined game progression systems making them less fun to play. Season passes have ruined the idea of buying a complete game at full price. Releasing broken and unfinished games because they feel it's fine to charge gamers full price in that state and patch it over time. Seems like graphics are getting better while everything else goes to shit
As in a $60 full priced DLC for Far Cry 5
When people started to think it's cool to pay full price for multiplayer only games. If they didn't generate a ton of revenue, we wouldn't be discussing such topics otherwise.

I'm still here wishing Sekiro was Bloodborne 2. Sekiro does look amazing though but dear oh dear Gerhman needs to join the hunt

"As with all others in the series" So you think Battlefield Hardline was actually good?
Well majority of games these days nickel and dime us with dlc, have no content, are broken/buggy, are multiplayer only full priced games, are absolutely terrible to play or have been released unfinished. For those games which are made by developers who actually give an F, who are passionate about what they are doing and want the gamer to have the best experience possible which shows in a full package end product. Well..... YES I'm thankful for those games and the creators of such.

When Bethesda decided it was okay to release Fallout 76
Anthem looks like a 3rd person Destiny. This game looks like it will have microtransactions for days with content being pushed back for expansions releasing as a bare bones shell of a game. The 40 minute demo gameplay and EA gameplay difference looks like your favourite celeb before vs after smoking crack
