yea, i have that dvd. mayhem is a no slouch. The only people who think he's a joke are ufc fanboys or people who don't follow mma. Just cause someone doesn't fight in the ufc doesn't mean they are garbage. Nick Diaz for example, he left the ufc but is still one of the best fighters in his weight class.
skate was the final nail in the coffin for the thps series, and thank god for that. I have both games and all the dlc content. I can't wait for skate3. Such an awesome series, the games are just too much fun. I can't wait to see what the new city will be like and it shows someone doing a darkslide in the teaser trailer. I'll gladly take a skate game once a year as long as the cities keep changing.
yea FEAR isn't scary in the slightest, it's way too predictable. As for Fatal Frame, i've never played that series but i've heard nothing but good things about them. I need try them out.
In RE4 the castle section of the game always gives me the creeps, with the monk-like enemies chanting and whatnot. It always puts me on edge.
As for SH:HC and SH2, SH2 is by far the better game and is very scary but the soundwork in Homecoming literally makes me feel like a 9 year old, lol. I'm always looking around my apartment when i play Homecoming and dreading what will be around the corner in the game. Akira Yamaoka is a genius.
ps3 and the wii.
The ps3 lets me enjoy top of the line games and blu ray movies, as well as a plethora of other things and the wii lets me relive my childhood through the VC. It's a great time to be a gamer.

I'm glad nintendo has been successful with the wii but the videogame library does lack. I understand the argument people make when they say that microsoft and sony will/have gone casual. The thing is though is that while microsoft and sony have their casual games, they don't flood the shelves at stores. The wii on the other hand is filled to the brim with awful titles. i'd also like to point out that each console has their respective teams for news and reviews. It's not like the 360 team in reviewing ps3 games and vice versa.
this is retarded, the game got a 9/10. I really doubt that there's a grand conspiracy at work here. I don't have a 360 and i don't like the halo franchise but at the same time i don't feel the need to get up in arms and start scrutinizing the breakdown of the score. Who cares what game ends up being higher on metacritic, does it really matter?

SSX is one of those games where i can watch my friend play it but i personally don't enjoy playing the games.
As for skate, i welcome any and all skate games with open arms, i love the skate franchise. As long as they don't change the core mechanics of the game (dual analog sticks for tricks) i don't think the franchise will turn out like THPS.
The 3rd game looks great, new tricks and a completely new city.

they might not like the go because if it takes off and umd goes away then those are sales that gamestop wont have anymore. gamestop deals in shady practices. Plus, most of the people who work there are jerks. I miss the days of funcoland, i know it's basically the same thing but the atmosphere inside those stores were different.

i had a n64 promo video before the system was out. It showed a guy wearing some weird mocap gear jumping into walls, like in mario 64 and it showed games that were in development that never came out, one being kirbys air ride, which made it way to the gamecube, but that game blows. I think it also had footage of zelda 64 DD.

i think the snes and 64 versions are equal to each other. Both are a blast to play but i prefer the snes version based on nostalgia.
I was also part of the minority in absolutely loving starfox adventures. I know most people hated it because it wasn't a flying game but i knew that going into it and the game was awesome, even if it was basically just a zelda clone. Also, it sports some of the best graphics on the gamecube. Absolutely top notch.

i got a code the first time around but i didn't even finish downloading the 2gig update. I let a friend use my account though and he seemed to like it alot. Im not real big into online shooters.

im gonna get a psp go. I like the fact that it's strictly downloads because i live overseas and i have to order all my games through amazon. With the psp go i can just all of em off the psn store. It's perfect for people in my situation.
