the game isn't even out yet. It's shaping up to be a good game, if you don't like it don't buy or if you want a different gameplay style for dead space go out and get a ps3 or a 360. Eurocom has a hand in developing Extraction and while they aren't the biggest known company their game sphinx and the cursed mummy was awesome on the gamecube.
i never said brawl, galaxy or corruption were bad games. In fact, i own all three and i really enjoy them, especially corruption. Also if you look at my first thread in the 'gamer zone' i said how i am glad that the wii is selling as well as it is because nintendo struggled with the 64 and cube in sales and i never wanna see nintendo end up in the same position as sega. i do have a classic controller, and i didnt make the post about the buttons to bash the wii controller. It works fine for me. I made it because people tend to bring up the fact the 360/ps3 relies on buttons and control sticks whereas the wii is all about "proper motion controls" but the wii can use just as many buttons if the game calls for it. That's all i was saying. Also, i love the classic controller. Works great for re4 and the snes games.

if you consider how much the wii has sold a generation winner then good for you. Yes it has the most market shares and kudos to nintendo for banking on a great idea but as far as games go it is lacking so far behind the 360/ps3 that its not even funny. not necessarily for the article but for animal crossing being an awful game. I bought the first for the gamecube thinking it'd be great, wow. What a mistake. At least it came with memory card though. Then i made the mistake of buying city folk, why? I have no idea, what a worthless game. The city is beyond pointless and it really is just a port of the gamecube game with a rotating view like the ds version. Never again nintendo will i buy an animal crossing game.
i've had my ps3 since october08 and i already have 21 games and over 20 blu ray movies. The ps3 has plenty of games and everyone i know has at least 4 games in their collection. With games being $60 now and so many high quality games coming out so close to each other you cant expect everyone to buy every single game, especially with the way the economy is.
yea they have the same controller cause it still works fine, why fix something if it isn't broken. 360 has a great controller too but the control pad is terrible, imo. The wii works well for some games but not for others. Plus for a system based on motion control gameplay there sure are alot of buttons, lets compare...
wiimote+nunchuk=8 buttons (not to mention in some shooters the control pad is mapped to functions so that makes a possible 12 buttons)(i didnt count the home butto...
Kutaragi is out. Regardless of your ignorant statement the ps3 is still a great system. All being a fanboy does is make you miss out on other great games. (I learned that the hard way by not buying a ps2 last gen.) I'd buy a 360 also, but i don't like the rrod. Maybe once that is non-existent ill pick one up.
blu ray movies are amazing and the ps3 has plenty of games worth playing, hmm let me look in my drawer....yea 21 ps3 games, 9 of them exclusives, and i own 8 wii games. the game is coming along nicely. Eurocom is a good developer. I hope this shuts up some of the naysayers about this game. It's obvious they're putting a good amount of effort into development of it. From what has been shown, it looks like its gonna capture i mood of the ps3/360 games real well.
i don't like the fact that because the wii is mainly viewed as a family console that it's bombarded with pointless minigame compilations but im also glad that the wii has been selling as well as it has been because nintendo took a huge risk with the wii and if it wouldn't have paid off that woulda been 3 generations of systems that didn't sell too well and i never wanna see nintendo end up the way sega did. god that would suck. I want it to go back to a dark creepy environment. The last 2 chapters of re5 were so weak, just really bland. I really hope re6 has some kind of zombie in it as well as some really dark mansion/castle chapters. re4 pulled it off.
waggling is not realistic, and as far as aiming for fps games, yes it does work better on the wii, but its still not realistic, it just feels more like a pc shooter, which is easier to aim/more accurate. once wii motion plus comes out the realistic control argument will make sense, but not now.

nuts and bolts? bleh. I was actually disappointed by New Super Mario Bros. Mario galaxy is flawless though and LBP's online community is so awesome. The user created levels are the best. Oh and, Tools Of Destruction is awesome. It's like playing a pixar movie.

I could've sworn it was all about "proper controls." HD gaming is great, but it doesn't make a game good, HD gaming + AAA titles makes great gaming. conduit does look pretty good though. It sucks though cause i have a launch wii and i get little pixelated blocks on my tv when i play games. I thought it was my old tv, but it happens also with my new one. It can get real annoying sometimes.
