LOL
wrong
ill agree with you on n4g being a dumpsite for flame bait articles, but calling the cover system a gimmick is just stupid, thats like calling motion controls a gimmick. Also the cover system wasn't implemented into the mp because the mp is more of a fast based twitch style shooter, the sp campaign is not meant to be played that way, hence the need for a good cover system.
Why can't the conduit and kz2 both be considered good games? Ever think of that?
it's well worth the money
sales arguments are retarded
look at sonic and mario and the olympic games, its sold like 6 million i think. talking about preying on children.
they were both gamecube exclusives
i hope it comes to the states, it looks pretty good from the screenshots and it could definitely provide for some good scares, especially if the sound is done well. Im not getting my hopes up though for a stateside release.
what are you talking about? I'm not even hating on it, go read my other posts. I said the game looks promising and that i'm gonna reserve my judgment until i actually play it. Also, find a post from me when i ever hyped up killzone 2, you wont find it cause i never did, the only reason i mentioned kz2 was cause someone felt the need to drag it in. All im saying is, is that the people who are in a rage over the article from this morning saying the conduit wasn't very fun should calm down and w...
i think most people who are bashing it are just doing it to get a rise out of people. This game gets praise from everywhere and i really doubt potential buyers are checking n4g to get their info for a game they're interested in. The people who own only a ps3/360 could probably give two ***** about this game cause both consoles are flooded with shooters. Me, im gonna reserve judgment on it until i actually play it, it does look promising from the videos ive seen though.
this article was made because one news outlet said the game wasn't very fun.
people need to take their own advice and wait to play the game before getting up in arms to defend it.
give me a break
why bring up kz2, that serves no purpose whatsoever
plus, kz2 brought a cover system into a fps game and it works perfectly.
you would think the apocalypse is around the corner with the way people hype up games on this site.
i don't think it'll take over console gaming but i know this to be true...
DS library > Wii library
lol
i didn't mean it as a fanboy comment, just thought it was funny out of all controllers the author could have put up he chose that one
lol at the flame bait photo of a prototype controller
no, the games aren't gonna be changed at all from what i've read. the only thing i can see them implementing into the game would be widescreen support.
you just couldn't help yourself could you
"It's true the Wii doesn't have a great many shooters, but does that mean we should reward any old tat that comes along simply because the genre's better examples aren't available for the platform? We don't think so. The truth is that while The Conduit may be marvellous on a technical level, underneath it seems to be the same old corridor-traipsing gunfest you've seen many times before - and it's not really much fun. Still, maybe something will change before release day..."
give me a break
this has gone too far
nice to see professor layton still doing well
now if nintendo would bring over the other 2 games in the series...
yea that happened to me for the first time the other week when i bought battletoads.
Another thing is that whenever i would pre-order a game from gamestop i'd never get it on the release date, they always say, "no, that date is when the game ships out, you'll get it tomorrow" oh really? then why the hell does best buy and every other store have it?
Main reason i dont pre-order, but pre-ordering is pointless as hell anyways, games never sell out anymore.
word on the street is that wii games have legs, so expect Muramasa to sell a million+ buy the end of the month...
