hahaha I was just thinking that XD +bubbles
rebrand vs rebrand still :S
on topic: Nvidia should lower their price, $300 for the R280x is awesome.
I think this is a bad move. If consoles do not use Mantle the only reason for devs to code for it is to boost AMD performance on PC.
It's easier to code just for DX11 assuring compatibility.
Still, I'll wait and see.

...see how you can tile up to 4 FHD rectangles on the 4K one?
FHD means 1920x1080 pixels (not just "how resolutions are typed").
edit: what I do agree on is that the 4k name is misleading (should be 2k, as in 2000 vertical pixels)
Do you even know what those "x" you put mean?
1920x1080x2=4147200
3840x2160=8294400

@drekken my 1440p monitor costed U$350... more than a year ago.
(IPS panel is also a plus)
Would buy just so more companies port to PC as well... hmmm
Geralt of Rivia
In that case I'd choose Samus Aran jejeje
Good list :)
I love to play this games @1440p
For those saying some console games look as good I sort of understand where they're coming from. But I have to disagree, muddy 720p and lower and luckluster textures just don't cut it. Animations in the best console games are awesome though :)
lol at the mac guy
my i5-2500k (@4GHz) hasn't limited my GPU yet and I suspect it won't for even more ears to come. Even more now that I game at 1440p.
I love the series, but hate DLC... I'll buy the GOTY edition, I can wait.
I can already see my character in Star Citizen, and have played the hangar module (@1440p 60+fps).
I can't say the same about Ryse.
I'm more interested in AMD's Mantle
that's cause you have aim assist
1) Movies don't require your input. games do.
2) The Hobbit?
3) I don't want games that mimic movies... (the same problem I have with Ryse). I want them to look realistic and believable (and artistic; think Wind Waker).
4) Life has no 24fps limit.
emmm... Half-Life 3 exclusivity?
I'm a PC gamer... I love to play old classics like mgs, shadow of the colossus, half-life, even some metroid (super and prime) more than new releases some times.
My point being graphics and performance aren't everything. What I like about PC is flexibility (and ok... I do love to play games at 1440p max settings).
What I like about gaming is good games.
What I look foward too as "next-gen" is the oculus rift.
