Anyhow, you can't fight culture and Nintendo should learn that. They have great (1st party) games but should admit the Wii was a lucky shot. Nobody expected everyone's granny would buy the thing. No wonder the WiiU is doing poorly (for a Nintendo console).
That said Bayonetta, Xenoblade X, Smash and the likes really seem to justify getting a WiiU right now.

This is why Oculus has taken so long to get to market, high rez and low latency are paramount.
Resolution, image quality and lag are much worst in a device like this. You're not going to play Star Citizen with a mobile cpu+gpu combo anytime soon.
Even if you tried streaming, it's still far away from being a practical solution specially for VR, lag is just too damn high.

PC gaming is not that expensive... Getting an insane rig (>2000USD) is feasible if you have some sort of income.
As soon as I finish Uni I could buy that sort of rig in a couple of months of savings. As a hobby it isn't very expensive.
I already have a great gaming PC (gtx670 SLI) and only worked a couple of times in summer. By the time Star Citizen beta comes out (begining of 2016 I expect to have something better)

I pirated my fair share, and wouldn't be a PC gamer if I didn't. Now I buy my games. With Steam buying is more convinient than pirating, it just is.
