The title couldn't be more wrong. I read Roger's blog post and he says that "I should of never mentioned it" he also goes on to say that he still believes video games are NOT art.

Every company wants money. It's called "Business". Sony wants your money, Nintendo wants your money, Apple wants your money.
Microsoft already commented on this. Heck, even 1UP wrote an article suggesting why. But from what I remember, it's got something to do with the amount of space on a user's Friends List.
I personally believe that Modern Warfare 2 is a great game. I mean, I don't play on it 24/7 with the sensitivity on "10" doing 360 degree spins trying to "Quick-Scope" people- I do play other games. My only problem with it are the modders with Xbox 360 controller buttons as their name and how Activision priced the DLC.
And no, I didn't buy either map pack..
Like it or not, Modern Warfare 2 is dominating online play.

Remember, Microsoft said that they put the £149 price tag to see how many people actually go ahead and pre-order it.
So with the results being "very low", Microsoft are bound to lower it.

Nonetheless, the mod looks cool-including the TV- but there's one problem; doesn't the Xbox 360 scratch discs quicker when the 360 is standing up? I'm pretty sure it does.

8 million Call of Duty 4 games were sold, but over 11 million Modern Warfare 2 games were sold. Just goes to show that the game was mostly bought SPECIFICALLY for multiplayer. -_-
Consumers would like for it to go free, because who doesn't want something free, right?
