The similarities to me are in the world because in both games I love just exploring. Now RD2 had a much larger budget and more people working on it but that also illustrates just how talented Bend Studio is because DG's world is freaking incredible!
Both worlds feel genuinely alive and filled with life. In DG you also have the Freakers, be it Breakers, Screamers, Reachers(I would've went with Runners) or a horde and they really help flesh the world out.

I'm done with the Just Causes after 4. Big, barren and buggy. Now on the flip side games like Red Dead 2, Spider-Man, HZD, AC Origins/Odyssey, Wild Hunt and now Days Gone I love and want more like them.
I'm very excited to see what devs do with open world games with the power of the PS5! More interactive environments, smarter AI, more NPC's with more varied personalities and more destructible environments should allow for some incredible experiences!

Couldn't agree more! WWE just isn't what it used to be. With AEW and how hot Double or Nothing was and Mox jumping ship wrestling just got a whole lot more interesting.
Hopefully 2K can step back and really get creative and hopefully AEW keeps on rolling right into TNT this September and that in turn forces VKM to allow more creative freedom.

Good that's the main reason I'm a fan. That and how they allow creativity to flourish. They also recognize talent and give trust where it's earned like with The Last Guardians development or even Until Dawn.

Shit there a lot of games that are still coming to thd PS4 that have me excited. As far as the PS5 goes, as soon as it's up for preorder I'll preorder and when it launches I'll play my backlog of PS4 games on the PS5 and play any new PS5 games that launch with it. That's not even counting PSVR titles.
It's not like we don't have history to go by and Sony always support PlayStation all the way to the end and then even after the next gen starts.
Love the location! I would love to see more games use settings in Europe, hell I'd love an open world game set in Australia but that's another conversation. Not sure about being able to be anyone, from a character standpoint.

When SOTC Remake released there was someone on here that just couldn't grasp the difference between a remaster and a remake.
Its not difficult to see the difference between ACIII Remaster and say Shadow of the Colossus or the Red Faction Guerrilla Remaster and Yakuza Kiwami I & II.
Yeah latency is going to be the issue for Stadia. The Stadia event that Game Informer reported on reiterated what we all know and that's the infrastructure just isn't where it needs to be for this to be a resounding success. In a controlled environment there was lag in DOOM. A game where you need quick reflexes and you don't need lag, had lag. That was in a controlled environment, imagine out in the wild.
