I agree. I've Witcher 3 since launch and just now finished the main game and i loved every minute of it. Now i have to complete the two expansions but they'll have to wait until HZD is finished.
I just keep remembering ALL of those articles saying oh HZD is way over hyped and the story this and the characters that or the best one yet that it would be a disaster for Sony. Well it would seem the best medicine for such comments is a good ole big glass of shut up juice. How could you not tell this game was gonna break and set new standards. It just looks amazing!
No expense spared.
I need some good ole hack and slash in y life.
I seem to remember a lot of naysayers about this game and how it was over hyped ad would flop. I wonder how crow taste this time of year? Come on February 28th!
Much respect but c'mon Microsoft just look at how Sony does it and get some great talent, great writers and get to work. Take some chances.
I just finished the core Wild Hunt game last week. I still have to do the two DLC's but I have more than enough room in my life for HZD and The Witcher.
Where ya at Moldybread? Ha I jest but just like me and so many predicted Horizon Zero Dawn will be a MASSIVE hit. The 28th can't get here fast enough!
Well imagine that a fantastic looking game with impressive visuals, interesting protagonist, great controls, and a proven developer and publisher a the helm. Kinda seemed like a no brainer. Now I would like to hear from all the naysayers who said they were concerned that it was gonna be a flop. I'm sure there were a few who wer really worried ut something tells me that most were just trolls. Congrats Sony on knocking it out of the park yet again!
I never played any of the KH games so I'll be getting all these remasters.
I am too and this IP has had my attention since I first saw the video of Alloy and the Thunder Jaw. I can't wait to play this game. It's almost here.
Which one are you using?
Also I have to say the game is freaking fun to play, but to each their own.
I get a game not "clicking" but surely someone there could've reviewed it.
I use Amazon, Gamestop and sometimes Wal-Mart and I just use who is cheaper. I guess I'm lucky because when I go to my local Gamestop they know me by name and always treat me good. Now if I go to others it's not always as pleasant. Customer service should be number one because if you treat your customers good and provide a good service then it kinda writes itself.
Man I can't say enough good things about this game. The design, atmosphere, the characters, the story, the settings and the terror all make one of the best RE games I've ever played. The folks that are on the fence or even against it because of the change in perspective really need to play it to completion because the last few chapters tie everything together nicely.
Same here, while I missed the initial release I got the Directors Cut so technically I've been here since the beginning and have played and beaten every main game. I will say I wanted to play it but the scarce previews and even when I was first paying it I wondered where the connection would come. Sure there were easter eggs and cool little call backs but like you said the last few chapters brought it all full circle. I'm really excited to see where they go with the series. ...
I just beat it and I have to say the best one since the first few. Well done Capcom. I loved the cameo at the end.
I know right, a few previews and folks are like well damn the story just won't deliver. Because you can always tell the entire story from a small slice.
I'm with you all the way man. The games just seal the deal. On a side note as I read the article headline I was taking a drank and laughed and spit diet coke everywhere. Today I got Berserk, Ni oh and Sniper Elite 4 and upgraded from the Samsung 65KS8000 to the 65KS9000 and Ni oh looks absolutley amazing! Now if the 28th would just hurry up and get here because I want to see Horizon in all it's HDR glory. It's a great time to be a gamer but it's an excellent time to be a Sony ...
