Games like this are why I game in the first place! It runs super smooth and in resolution mode it absolutely stuns! So much care and discipline must've went into crafting the epic adventure!

Yes GOW would be ripe for MT's, loot boxes etc but that's not how Sony rolls!
@ Showtimefolks I'm in the same boat as you when it comes to supporting M$ in the beginning! I didn't choose it over PS2 but I loved it just as much but if I'd have known then what they would become I'd never have spent a dime!
Thank you keep that garbage far, far away! If that was how Sony did business we wouldn't have GOW or any of the other amazing games in their catalog!
To different approaches and I like the way Sony does business! Also I don't mind paying $60 bucks for a new title like GOW. I'll do the same with Detroit, Yakuza 6, Spider-Man, Dreams, Darksiders 3, TLOU2, Red Dead 2, Metro Exodus, Days Gone and Death Stranding etc! I won't pay $10. a month for old games or sub par new titles.
If Sony had GamePass I wouldn't be playing GOW now because it wouldn't exist in its current form!
Game is unbelievably great! I haven't had this much fun playing a game in some time! I can see it selling more than 10 million!

I agree UCForce! I was just talking about that to one of my sons the other day. Zelda being the topic and it's come up before when I was playing through Witcher 3.
We're really big Zelda fans (I've been down since 87) but we all thought it'd be cool if they evolved the series with a more realistic take, especially dialogue.
I'd imagine any company would want a "GOW" in that its very polished and well made along with being praised by critics and fans alike! It's also a soft reboot of a major franchise and it payed off big time. So I don't know why any company wouldn't want that
I love the game and what it accomplished but I'm just as impressed with its development and how other companies, even the big ones could replicate it to great success!
Such great news and the last couple of days I checked two different Wal-Marts and one had two copies left and the other had one. Local GameStop had two copies as well. I'd imagine it'll do great in all countries!
Only kind of "loot" boxes I like are like the ones in GOW and there are many but they don't cost a dime!

Everything you said is spot on! My heart was racing during the battle with the stranger! I haven't jumped to my feet playing a game in years and I was up jumping like a kid! The most fun I've had with a game for sure!

Really?!? Well it had me standing up, jumping in place which I haven't done in years! Great way to open up the game and the fact that he was trying to protect his son made it even better! My heart was racing and I had a huge smile on my face during that fight!
