downloaded demo and while it looks good and plays pretty similar , i cant help but feel let down by this so far from what i have seen. heavenly sword plays and looks better than this in my opinion.
but has a long way to go to beat uncharted. hoping this game delivers tho
add $50 to that price and it sets your price at $429. cheaper is it ? when are you 360 diehard fans going to realize you are constantly getting ripped off by microsoft?
mine rrod , it seems to me that xbox diehards would rather keep replacing the system in hope that the problem is fixed instead of actually admit it and force microsoft to do something about it. for the sensible gamer tho , this should be good that all this is coming out into the open because maybe just maybe they will actually fix the problem. If they do fix the problem then they will have another sale to me and my guess is that there are many people in a similar situation to me. hurry up mic...

how many times have any of you got a cd, dvd only to have it scraped destroyed by children or at parties etc. blu rays are practically indestructable so when people realize that its better to buy on blu as opposed to dvd even if they dont have a hd ready tv . the takeover will be much quicker than most think. i just wish the cd media would have been as hardwareing in the first place then i wouldnt have had to replace many of the originals as ive had to.
with full usage of the pseye and able to upload and share wot you create. thats what i want most for the ps3 .used to file share a lot of my own tunes through hotmail until vista messed that up for me so if the ps opens up its network to share music then it has won me over . however this time it has to have full interface to plug in a range of instruments and an easier to use menu system. something like cool edit for ease of recording would be good . :D
but to be honest i wasnt playing on it for long periods or online with it, was busy in the studio recording , but any ways friends around me systems started to die off 1 by 1 . At first i thought that this was bullsh!t , no-way this day and age a product could be on the market with this amount of failure rate. as time went on tho ,it seems i am wrong , all that i know who've had 1 have had problems at least twice or more with their 360s with the exception of 1 person so id say the percentage ...
just wait until you see third generation games. i didnt doubt this for a 2nd the ps3 is shaping up to be just like its predecessors .remember ps1 and ps2 didnt have games that really pushed the system graphically until well into their life cycle.
and to be honest ps3 is killing the xbox 360 here. all people who had an xbox previously have had major problems with their xbox , have scrapped it and bought a ps3 , well all except 1 die hard fan,and even he says when mgs4 comes out hes gettin a ps3 . i dont know why you americans think the xbox is killing the 360 in the u.k because from what im seeing thats simply not the case.
60 gig version gone . only the 40 gig sku now ( glad i got my 60 gig at launch ) but i hear rumour of 120 gig version coming shortly after playtv is released . ireland here btw
looks like i wont be getting my replacement 360 for another while yet. hope they get it sorted before gears2.
rrod , 33 % failure rate and is then i wont be buying it again.games are good granted but that means nothing when the system you are playing them on is junk.and personally i prefer to have diversity in games which is something sony has always been good at, instead of having just the same genre over and over again like the 360.
ive bought 20 games last year ,3 for 360 and 17 for ps3 and thats even before sonys big titles come out. 2008 is going to be an expensive year i think
...and ps3 fans have been saying this for a long time only to have screenshots pulled apart by 360fanatics saying that 360 has better graphics and calling ps3 owners cry babies etc. i've had a 360 and i have my ps3 at max settings and the ps3 easily beats the 360 on visuals.This now proves without doubt that what the ps3 fans have been saying all along is true.

because it does! im not hating on the xbox games at all ive got forza tenchu and geow and i liked them all ( cant wait for geow2 )but cod4 which is arguably the best looking game (closely followed by geow)and even the ps3 version( which is damn close to if not the same as 360 version) are nowhere near as good looking as what uncharted is.
