Then by all means buy a 360 , it is a good games machine. Me personally ,i dont think they have so ill hold off for a while yet before making a re-purchase. If you do first game you have got to get is gears it is good despite what some fanboys would have you believe. However the ps3 has a lot of great games coming soon but if you have the money to buy all unlike me ( raising a family ain't cheap) yes i would if not for being hit by rrod already.

just cos its a shooter it dont mean we dont like it. doesnt mean tho that every game we buy will be and sony as far as im concerned has the biggest variation on genres .

you need hardware to play the software and this is where the xbox fails.i had 1 loved it, it rrod'd so im part of that statistic . all i know is to start with i was annoyed but most of the good games i can play on my pc anyway so i feel im not missing much by not replacing it. if they ever get he problem sorted i may get another but as time goes on i doubt i will because theres many quality games coming for my pc /ps3 that i want .

what would the smart consumer do?
option 1. buy a 360 and then an add on to watch a blu ray movie which will no doubt be a lot more expensive
or.....
option 2. buy a ps3 which plays bluray and games all in 1 unit at a cheaper price.
at a time where recession could be at hand i think the smarter consumer will go with the ps3 , it makes more sense plus with all the great game coming itll just get better . the xbox 360 is in decline now its ha...
problem still not fixed and i now doubt it ever will be . i doubt ill ever replace mine now. time to trade my games in and get a ps3 game .
i havent played warhawk for a long time now, its a great game but have so much more to play now but regardless ill give this a try
because both are still selling pretty consistantely. i would say however people have gained interest in the ps3 to more of a degree so that sales are now surpassing the 360, and wii next :D

i would love to see microsoft sort out he rrod problem then i may consider a purchase of another 1. i dont know its a tough call tho because there is so many good ps3 games to buy this year which will probably take my money instead but i wouldnt rule it out .anyway great to see sony gaining momentum they clearly deserve it for all the mud that was slung at them over the last year.
and i said last month that the ps3 was beating the 360 in sales yet xbox fans disagreed . after rrod people over here have seen the xbox for what it is and are now converting to the ps3 . the halo effect is over here now and people are buying quality instead now. its time for microsoft to actually address the rrod problem and eliminate it , that way they might have a chance of sustaining sales. i know if they sorted the reliability of the 360 i would buy another 1 and there is many people...
