Free-2-Play is a lie... It should be called Pay-2-Win!
It gives an advantage to people who can afford to buy the upgrades. I don't see how it can possibly benefit gaming for us. Online gaming should be about how much skill you have no how far you are willing to reach into your pockets!

Yeah CES is great. N4G is not as great during CES as it is at E3 or GDC. But for TVs that make you drool to phones you want in your pocket ASAP CES is the best there is!
Edit: DeadlyFire that will happen when phone components get so small and phones get so thin that most of the inside of the casing is air and they can float :)
I believe when I had gone to visit my grandparents my steam account still allowed me to play offline for the 2 weeks I was there. Have things changed or am I mistaken?
Yeah but even now days you get the odd few driver issues etc and you have to fend for yourself in forums to find solutions. I have never had a problem that I couldn't solve myself but I know many people who wouldn't be able to resolve them themselves.
kma2k has a point but its not so black and white. The used game market creates competition of publishers but publishers still have to compote against each other in the store shelfs.
None the less if second hand games are ever banned be sure that it will not favour our pockets even if you never buy second hand games yourselves.
@irepbtown Remember USA prices do not include any tax... when you go to the till in America the tax is added then. A $60 game would have around $4 of tax added to it at the till so $64 which is the same as the UK £40.
UK prices are not that bad you should check out Australia... $100 for a game -.-
What I want to see in the future is Elle getting her own game and becoming a new Lara Croft style character!

So many pointless articles, half of which are attacking the game before we even know anything about it for the sake of hits.
So now the rich will be able to beat the poor in the virtual online world too?
I am sorry but I do not see how it is fun to pay $5 for a sword that overpowers anything you can earn through your actual accomplishments in the game!

You are right both should do more thorough check but people you have to realise that all this is not free...
With the PS3 being sold at a loss at a price that most thought was extremely high we have to realise that there will be some cut back somewhere.
People complain about the specs and then people also complain about the price when you try to give them a quality product.
Yeah but it is not as important... On Vita if you are playing on the go you might have to stop to get off the train the turn it back on at the coffee shop then stop again when you friend shows up. With portable gaming a lot more things cause you to pause a game and a simple pause button would waste to much battery.
@SilentNegotiator you have no argument I am sure online distribution is a lot more environmentally friendly then cutting down trees transporting them and chopping them and grinding them and printing on them then polishing them and posting them to every single newsagent around the country and then collecting them from bins in trucks that start and stop every 5 meters and then burying or recycling them all of which is done with petrol and electricity from non renewable resources. Not to mention...
Considering there have been numerous articles about this trailer I wouldn't be suprised if for GTA 6 people will be asking for announcements of when the announcements of the announcements will be made -.-

Killzone 2 was released in 2009
followed by
Killzone 3 in 2011
Uncharted 1 was released way earlier in 2007
2 in 2009
and 3 in 20011
So even if we had a Killzone 4 the real question
would be why dont we also have another Uncharted since they both take 2 years to produce.
On the PS4 1080p 30-60fps will be what 720p 30fps was to the ps3.
4k will be what 1080p was on the PS3.
Expect 4k mini games that are the equivalent of wipe out but look much better like GT5 on PSN. And expect full release games that look similar to the Unreal Engine 4 tech demo to run at 1080p 30-60fps.
