Talking from using an OLED screen on my phone for over a year...
When people see me watching 135mb episodes of How I Met Your Mother on my phone they ask me... wow is that HD?
OLEDs are just amazing eyecandy screens I can't wait till they manage to make them bigger.
But can it run 2006 PS3 games?
And MGS4 demo video had just a week of optimizing.
The demo they showed was a multiplatform ported tech demo.
If it was built from the ground up FOR the NGP perhaps it could do 30FPS.
PS3 graphics?
Maybe games that run at 1080p on PS3 can run at 544p on NGP.
Or games that run at 60fps on 720p might be able to run at 30fps on 480p which is still a lot for 5 inch screens.
544p video not 1080p or 720p during cutscenes.
2 channel 2.0 audio not 8 channel 7.1 uncompressed sound.
That alone can be a treat in a big screen with a surround system but there is no need for it on the NGP...
This reduction alone can save dozens of gygabites on some games.

Because they don't have to worry about porting every single PS3 game into a new PS3 version.
Different structure means you need to port every single game. The same reason why you can't play PC games on PS3 or iPhone games on a DS.
Sony has to keep the same bulky 5 year old structure of the PS3 until they...
Would this work...
You put in UMD into PSP
Log in PSN.
PSN checks the serial number which is unique on every copy.
Than you are given the option to download the PSN version of the UMD.
Repeat for all games.
The only problem with this is that you now have 2 copies of one game but game sharing on PS3 allows up to 5 people to download one game so its not as bad.

If it was a phone or a tablet it would cost at list $500 with those specs.
They will probably sell at a loss again and make their money back from software sales.
OMG yeah... when I was 8 I had a gameboy colour with games like pokemon...
Now that I am 18 I can play games like Uncharted?
That is a huge leap for 10 years.
So how amazing will game be in another 10 years?
Perhaps they will be more realistic when it comes to bullet wounds, clothes tearing. Real character damage... 100% realistic destructability of cities the size of GTA San Andreas?
All with avatar level graphics?

5 inch OLED in your hands...
My phone has a 2.7 inch OLED and it was fucking awesome for watching series like the big bang theory or even some movies.
OLED is amazing especially if you turn the lights off.
Black is BLACK on an OLED screen so black you can't tell the difference between a TV being off or the TV displaying a black image.
I can't wait to game on a 5 ...
+ When you are actually going to play the NGP it will be on a 5 inch screen.

Gyrpscope shooting not bad... not bad at all.
Its like a built in move controller.
It will feature never before seen trackpad behind the screen....
and eerhm never before seen cameras on a console.....

GTA was fun on PSP since its a game a lot of people like and friends can pick up and play it easily.

Yes it is like cars > wheels but...
It would be much easier for a company that specializes in cars like "volkswagen" to make a fully functional car, than it would be for a company that only makes tyres for cars like "goodyear" to design and build a car...
Therefore volkswagen > goodyear in car manufacture,
in the same way that Sony > Microsoft in console manufacture.
This scares me...
If Sony can make a portable as powerful as a PS3 which is tiny and has no fans...
Than how powerful will the PS4 be which is going to be much larger than the NGP and it can contain fans to allow overclocking of the CPU?

KZ2 was amazing at the start...
Racing to get top 1% on the leaderboards etc
But than I stopped playing and never really got into it again.
Hopefully KZ3 will be even better than that for me the size of the community matters.
Well my heart rate is normally around 55-60 when relaxed and I am not fit nor skinny.
All I know is that when I have a really crap online gaming session I feel the same way I feel as when I come off of Mephedrone or when I really want a cigarette but can't go out and smoke for some reason.
It feels like someone is squeezing my heart.
Its pathetic I know :(
MW3 with a new shiny engine and just a few minor glitches would actually be an amazing game.
But that is not happening :-/
Anyway I hope they keep in the 3rd person mode or there is no chance that I will buy it.
