Not really. The big advantage the PS4 and 720 would be is that they won't have to bundle something as expensive or complicated as the Wii U controller.
Nintendo is already selling the Wii U at a loss so I don't think they will drop the price until they are able to manufacture the console at a lower price like Sony did with the PS3 slim back in the day.
I really hate COD and it's ilk because first they suck and are sooo generic.

I like my games free of ideology and generally prefer them fictional because it is easier to absorb the story that way. Even if the story sucks at least it can be excused.

Lol, I find this ironic. The whole reason those projects got funded was because the console companies and the big publishers were too closed and averse to some old school fans desires in the name of making profit.
So now if those projects are successful they might want to cash in? Some project might, but most projects won't go to console because the consoles cater to the masses while those projects cater to a group of fans. The PC will always be the open platform and home...
Too bad. DMC is much better than DMC4...so I think Capcom will devolve the franchise to try and sell more now.

The art style doesn't matter to me. They all looked good in one way or another.
However, Zelda's games are getting easy as eating cakes and the bosses are becoming a joke. Plus the normal enemies are just there to waste your time not to give you a challenge.
I remember the bosses and enemies were challenging back in A Link to the Past, and it made the game more exciting.
I love these guys for bringing Y's series to PC.

If you have a Nintendo console for graphics and full HD I think you have the wrong expectations.
I think most Nintendo fans don't care as much about the graphics as they do about the fun factor which is usually high for Nintendo games.
