This article has probs been spun so much - it barely resembles what the people actually said in the interview. As a few people have mentioned both the Cell and the 360's Xenos processors are very different pieces of kit. Programming for both - especially for advanced graphic functions is tiresome job and could result in a poor port of the game.
I don't think Ubisoft want to join the crowd of poor PS3 ported game...
What Idiot would say it's worthless? It may be limited with it's plugins but it's better than nothing.

Yes all PS3 games will play in any PS3 because Bluray disk is region free as far as games/movies are concerned... but you have to make sure your TV is cabable of NTSC playback. (All modern CRT tellies do, and so do all Plasma and LCD TVs)

Don't worry though, I understand - if you own a product thats as badly made and designed as the Xbox360 you would be pretty cynical aswell. No one... except small kids will have JUST a wii on it's own! Most Wii owners alread have a PS3 or intend to get one in the future. You can't own a Wii just on it's own, that's a major drop out.
As a few people have pointed out on here - the Wii is like an expensive add on/peripheral for a major games console.
The Wii is on a different scale and aimed at a different audience than what the 360 and the PS3 are aiming at. Idiots. TWO TOTALLY DIFFERENT PRODUCTS!
Is the issues between the 360 version and PS3 version.
If they just make a 360 copy and port it to PS3 then it's done and dusted - the game will be out sooner and it in a fact: GTA4 can be "Dumbed" down so it will work on the 360.
Obviously developers will only be restricted to 9gig of Data on the 360 version and obviously (if they are releasing the game on both formats at the same date) Then the PS3 version will be 9gigs worth (I know: a f*cking wast...

Was when the said "It paved the way for Halo" in the Goldeneye bit, they totally missed out the Timesplitter Series which I thought was a massive expansion/improvement on Goldeneye.
Halo2 got higher than Halo which was a complete insult. Influential my arse! Halo2 put me off Xbox nearly for good!
I actually got a copy of this on the PC when it first came out but my PC was so crap it stuggled with running it, even on basic resolution!
I've got the 360 version and it's (like it said in that review) A hell of a lot of fun. I don't know why bash this game - it's very impressive.
I'll skip getting it for PS3 since I've completed it several times on the 360. In future, I may get it for the multiplayer because I REFUSE to pay for online gaming - something I sh...

I have kitted out my PS3 with a 160gig HDD now from my old laptop - no money spend. Wasn't the whole idea of having a universal removable drive to avoid the issue of introducing a new Sku?

I own both a US and a UK PS3. Both have access to the UK Playstation store right....
I CANNOT Find or Download any PS1 games from the store to play. I have been bored by the same game demos and crummy movie trailers since I bought the console.

Now I wasn't impressed with the Sony buggers for taking out the Emotion Engine Chip and still have to pay £425. And because of this sacrifice I can understand that there will be trouble with titles.
