3 of your 8 games are not PS3 exclusives. But I will say Demon's Souls was so good that 360 only owners should think about buying a PS3 just for that game. The rest of your list? Meh. I liked KZ2 for about 2 days, but after maxing out the online game I just never went back. Infamous was a decent game, and I had a blast going through it, but again never went back.....
How come most people forget Batman: AA? Second best game of this year, behind Demon's Souls.
I forgot to mention AC2. While I kinda, sorta liked the first I do have high hopes for the sequel. Maybe that game will even redeem this fall for me.

I hate to say it, but at this point the ONLY reason why I continue to pay Microsoft for XBL is L4D2. After I tire of it, I might just buy my online games for the PS3 and save the bucks/year. Hell I might even trade the damn thing in if Microsoft does not bring some EXCLUSIVES next year.
