Not quite true, the only reason that i have the bf3 logo, was to win a giveaway for beta keys last year, and haven't changed it since. Bf3 is a pile of shit, just like CoD. Cod has churned out the exact same game for the last couple of years. I should know, as i have owned every one (Which i regret). I really hope you are joking. Sales don't prove a thing! Alan Wake, a great game yet it didn't sell many copies. Call of duty is running on an outdated engine, the gameplay is probably going to be exactly the same as MW3, but with new guns and the sound design is terrible! COD BO2 just isn't worth the money.
Yes, I think that the point he is trying to make is that they never claimed the game was realistic. Authenticity is a completely different thing to realism and i think that he is getting at that realism doesn't always equal fun and fun is what they are trying to give the gamer
You guys should check out halo galaxy of combat, its a fan made halo game made in cryengine, its still in really early stages though so ya
