if you're going to call me out, know your facts, i dont approve any story regarding the hardware, every one knows about the rrod and therefore its not news, every one knows about the so called ps3 epidemic, but just for you breakfast ill i.m. you every time i report either story about either console. just because i own a ps3, it doesn't make me an ignorant fanboy, so just grow up, stop trying to call people out and get a life.
no, even upscaled dvds cant compare, if you have a tv big enough you will see how grainy a upscaled dvd gets, people who cant see the difference just cant see. hd blows standard away, i havent bought a standard dvd since i started buying blurays just because i can no longer stand the stadard dvds looks.
title made me laugh a bit, got to love impending recession and inflation along with high taxes on overly greedy oil companies, i dont think the government realizes the more you tax oil companies income the more they charge to keep heightened profits.
i own the ps3 and use it for blu rays and games. i also own a up converting dvd player and a 1080p up converted dvd doesnt even compare to the visuals and sound of a bluray. i think if more people were familiar with the difference then they would be on the bluray side too...
most people whether you own a 360 or ps3 know how the game plays, and its going to just feel right on the ps3, not that the 360 version wont feel good, but think of where the game originates, on playstation so even though this game isnt a ps3 exclusive it still going to have a special feeling on the ps3, theres alot of patronage for playstation owners and this game. but like ive said before- it doesnt matter what system you buy this for its going to be an enjoyable game. next week kids, next ...
i agree, especially considering that microsoft is looking to get deep in to digital downloads. You need space to get digital downloads.
plus the income from gta4, its going to be a huge pay day for the company that was in financial troubles making the game. this game cost r* and take two alot but theres going to be HUGE returns

exactly, almost (and i mean almost not all) everyone on this site is going to buy this game and with in 5 seconds there will be a console war over which is better, but does it really matter? whether you buy it on the ps3 or 360 you still will enjoy the game. there will be minor differences but in the end those who buy it will enjoy it. its getting alittle old arguing over the petty differences of multiplatform games. we are all gamers so why cant we just say thanks to r* for making another hi...
yeah, i dont for see me spending 10 bucks on this, with the mgs beta and gta, i wont play this again for a while, and maybe by the time i play it again the maps will be cheaper, way to time things out infinity ward, cant say this was well thought out.

i can see both ways, but i personally use reviews to decide if a games a buyer, renter, or skip. but thats just me.
and no one rents from blockbuster any more, netflix ftw, then hollywood video.
