I watched some MW3 videos last night, and honestly it looks stale. BF's beta isnt perfect but atleast its a welcome breathe of fresh air from the same ol COD.
Agreed. I don't know what people were expecting. I enjoy the beta, but I feel that Dice picked a map that would kinda interest the COD crowd as apposed to the true BF supporters. I don't have any concerns with the beta, I'm sure the few issues will be resolved by Dice. I'm just getting sick of these lame "Battlefield beta killed BF" articles. People are still going to by the game, and enjoy it.

Well why would Sony give BC if they can release PS2 Classics, charge you 10-15 bucks and make more money off it. They know very few retailers carry new copies of any ps2 games, if any at all. If they we to give BC to the consumers there would be no money in it for them, because all those sales would be used. With the PS2 Classics they can charge you again for a game you owned last gen.

I agree with you. People here were hoping for the COD clone that they could say was better than COD so they can still play a variant of COD. This isn't COD, only the media played it to be a competitor. BF has always been a team focus, slower, larger true war style game. If you want COD then get COD. Those who know BF and enjoy it will still get this.
I've heard the same. People here are so blind to the fact that its a beta. They should really limit betas like they used to. To true gamer who gave real feedback and didn't bash a game to hell from a beta. The game plays well, it just has a few bugs. I can't remember being in any beta before that didn't have bugs.
Totally agree with you. I had both games preordered from best buy already, and the beta has changed nothing. Granted the metro map isn't the best example of what battlefield is as a series, but I've still enjoyed the heck out of it.
Exactly what I was thinking. The article makes it seem like these guys were expecting bullets to take down trees and knifes to destroy anything in the environment. I love destructible environments but I hate how over done it was in BFBC's

They have a original controls option in the demo. I used it and enjoyed it much more.
