Actually the core market is bigger than the casual market, it's just that the core market is divided between 360, PS3, and PC.
No one dominated like PS2, not even Wii. Gamecube and Xbox had so little market share compared to 360 and PS3, not even sure if they cracked 30 mill.
There will never be another PS2, it murdered one console and completely dominated the other two. Not even Wii won like the PS2.
I don't think attacking Sony for the removal of Linux is a worthy cause. Seriously if you want Linux so bad or you want to play homebrew just use a PC. Anonymous are acting like spoiled babies IMO.
It seems unfair to punish Sony that initially gave more (then took away) and ignore MS that didn't give the ability for Linux to begin with.

Those controllers would be terrible, I may be short sighted but I don't know why I'd want a large LCD screen in my controller. There's no way I'm carrying it around with me. It smells of gimmick.

Well they have Bungie making a game for them, they're definitely one of the best FPS makers out there, especially in terms of enemy AI.
Halo is the 2nd most popular FPS out there and requires a lot more skill than COD as headshots and strategy are key - winning often goes to the person with better aim not faster reflexes.

When I first started reading he article I thought they would have cross platform play. I think a major reason fanboys are so rude to other fanboys is because they have no avenue to release the hate.

I can personally attest that it's on 360 as well. In fact, 360 currently probably has the inferior version, PS3 doesn't suffer from the horrible grain glitch.
I hate keyboard and mouse for controlling games, well mostly just the keyboard. I much prefer an analog stick for moving my guy around but do like the precision of a mouse.
Isn't using a keyboard to move kind of like using a d-pad to move - not to mention carpal tunnel syndrome.
Should have chat, messaging, and no friend codes and if they charge, be no more than 30 bucks a year.
