I would't count the 3DS out yet, Nintendo just needs to release some heavy hitters because as of now, 3DS has no games.

People like to act like they're so passionate about causes when it's not an inconvenience.
If the author finds dog fighting so execrable he should physically do something about it, instead of writing a sensational article for hits.
I doubt the author ever thought about how disgusting dog fighting was until he realized it would make a popular article.

PS3 has richer colours, looks sharper and has less jaggies.
But because Valve showed the PS3 some real love, reviewers will knock it 10%.
Like most games, they're more or less the same.
I doubt Move and Kinect hurt Nintendo's sales too much. Once thing Nintendo has that the other motion devices lack is a large library of quality games.
Move only has Killzone 3
Kinect only has Dance Central

Dog fighting is really bad but he's been punished for his crime and dogs die all the time due to peoples' faults (get hit by a car, don't pay for a needed surgery, etc.)
If he committed a crime against a human I'd understand never forgiving him but we kill and eat animals, some cultures even eat dogs.

Rainbow Six Vegas had a great cover system and came out the same time as Gears - the sales victors write history I guess.
