I fail to see how that is either funny or a compilation.
I love blooper videos like these lol
If they don't like racers they shouldn't review racing games. I'd never review a flight sim because I hate flight sims same thing with soccer games, I'm aware that they can be great but I couldn't fairly review one cause I generally find them very boring.
And CNET and Edge have a clear bias against PS3 this gen, someone did a study showing that Edge habitually scores the majority PS3 exclusive games lower.
I have a choice, so do the millions of other people who had a 360 and PS3.
Isn't VG Chartz the same site that underestimated PS3 sales by around 2 million a month ago.
360 had Reach, that's all just one game like PS3.
If you consider Fable 3 to be marquee exclusive then 360 exclusives are lacking as it's not among the best RPGs out there.
I don't mind regular fanboys, they have no obligation to be objective and are usually up-front/obvious about it, but when mainstream media sites pretend to be objective while subtly acting as fanboys it's unethical.
Paid critics shouldn't have hidden biases, if they dislike Sony, at least preface the article with, "I'm not the biggest fan of Sony, here's my GT5 review blah blah blah".
They hide behind feigned objectivity like c...
What isn't a niche audience CNET? The highest selling games only appeal to around 5 percent of the total user base.
Halo Reach - around 40 million 360 users didn't buy it
Black Ops - approx 38 million PS3/360 users didn't buy it
MGS4 - around 35 million PS3 users didn't buy it
GT5 will probably sell to around 5% of PS3 users like almost every other really popular game, but for some reason they call it "a niche audience&qu...
GOW3 came out in the spring.
CNET are idiots or fanboys, GT5 is a "marquee exclusive game".
I remember someone saying in that Forza AI comparison video, that the Forza car was on a strait-away and the GT car was right after a turn so of course in GT they'd crash...he was obviously right.
GT haters are sneaky bastards.
They should use it as an opportunity to experiment with the MP. Halo gameplay is starting to feel old-school. I say more jetpack platforming in MP and some more "down the scopes" shooting. If the MP fails, there's always Reach and Halo never had online MP to begin with so no ones losing anything. It's better than just including Reach's MP.
SD games look like crap on my big HD TV, worse than on a standard def.
If it uses the Reach engine it still better be 1080p 60FPS, i'd much prefer that to Reach quality graphics which weren't that great - it had so much ghosting and wasn't that smooth.
That's about right.
Wow these guys must not be gamers...
Reach
MOH
Limbo
..do not deserve to be on a "Worst Games of 2010" list at all. Reach's SP was a blast (I generally hate Halo MP so I'll leave it at that).
Limbo was my only drink of water in the summer drought.
and MOH did a lot of things right - especially that slide into cover which is way better than the useless Black Ops dive. I wish all FPS games ...
The majority of Sony 1st Parties seem pretty happy working with Sony exclusively....maybe it's because what happened to Rare.
....and arguably Remedy, even Valve's best this gen (L4D) isn't AAA which is a huge surprise.
Oh well at least Epic is still EPIC.
I think when it's easy to make a quick buck they only care about releasing good but not great games...they don't even try.
EA is actually one of the best Publishers out there.
If you're a sports game fan, I guarantee you'll love at least one of their yearly iterations - mines NHL which gives me more hours of enjoyment than most games.
They own Bioware (ME, Dragon's Age)
Dead Space is probably in my top 10 of fav games this gen, and the only real survival horror released this gen that was excellent
BFBC2 arguable has the best FPS MP ou...
OMG, that's a MAJOR problem!
It's just as bad as having a girlfriend who's too hot and sweet, or having way too much money, or being way too good looking, or being too healthy, or have a way too big schlong....wait the latter could actually be real problem...I wish I had.
Very impressive!
I'm still getting Hot Pursuit, the excitement surrounding GT5 has ignited my interest in racers again but I suck so bad at sim racers. Sooo bad - I can't tweak properly, always run into walls and generally try to play them like Burnout/arcade racers with obviously no success.
I wish they had a demo just so I could see teh graphics though.
