There are a few reasons why 3D is bullshit for now-
1. It's expensive. People don't seem to realise that 3D TVs are expensive, and so are the glasses. They don't realize, because Sony doesn't publicize it at all.
2. It gives way to gimmicks. The worst part about 3D films is having then mags something superfluous fly at you. Why the hell would we want that in video games? And don't say we won't see it, because we already have.

How is 3D the next step in progress? 3D has been around since before any of us were born. I don't see why things popping out at you is progrezs.
Killzone 3 is neat with 3D, but not worth the effort or tech.
I know. But this seems like the kind of game I'd take around with me and pull out when I'm not doing anything.
I think the game looks great, really. I don't play my PSP often, but I might go ahead and dig it out again for this title. I'm not a huge Thor fan, but I am a fan of side-scrollers, beat-em-ups, and, well, fun.
Ugh, can we not do this? Just because he needs to dust of his PS3 metaphorically does not mean that there have not been great games for the system in the past months. He could be busy, or it could just be more convenient for him to play his Xbox more often. (Like for me- they're not in the same room, and the rest of my family tends to use the PS3 as a Blu-Ray player, so I can't use it often.) There have been tons of great games for the PS3 recently, alright?

The Playstation blog posted it YESTERDAY. This isn't old news. I mean, in a matter of hours, sure it's kind of old, but not in the grand scheme of things.
Oh, you have to check out the HD collection, then. The Sly Cooper series has some of the best platformers the Playstation 2 has ever seen.

What is up with the Australian ratings system? Sometimes they look down on games for the most ridiculous reasons, and then some times they let games slip through without any complaints. I mean, I'm not upset that Dead Rising 2 passed through certification- not in the slightest, but what the hell Australia?
You shouldn't judge the second game based on the first, though. I mean, if it doesn't intrique you, that's understandable, but I wouldn't be so quick to cast off a game because the first was bad. And impressions for the demo have been pretty good so far.
I'm just waiting for Jeff Gerstmann's review of the game. Will he get fired from Giant Bomb for giving it a six!?
