That's not entirely true,there's actually games now that have different issues on the PS4.
This generation already has a lot of issues, i agree that with the implementation of a HDD to consoles it got more worse over time.
Now they intentionally release broken games just to meet a dead line,and the question is when a game sells a lot why should they fix it?there's no incentive to fix anything.PRE-ORDERS is one of those things that makes this possible,you're already laying down money for a promise rather than an actual product.

Yes sir!!!,Microsoft made many wrong decisions,from Kinect to DRM to have weaker hardware in terms of GPU ( what we've seen so far )and make the total package more expensive,it's like they copied Sony's bad decisions of the PS3,which didn't prove to be terrible for us in the long run but did hurt the company A LOT.
This is one game i wouldn't buy,even though Deus Ex is a masterpiece i rather stick with the PC version which has a New vision mod that allows d3d10 rendering and 1080p resolution with every texture upgraded.
