sigh... what happened to the days when games didn't require firmware fixes?
My gaming state of mind has changed these days. With video games getting more expensive and innovative titles being rarer on retail, I sometimes wonder what to do? The closest library of titles reminiscent of the PS one era are on PSN, but I'm still not quite warmed up to exclusive online purchasing just yet. I find my gaming life at a current standstill, as I look back at the past two generations when gaming actually held more meaning. The emphasis on realism, "badassery", and shoo...
That's how I sorta felt with last gen. This gen has some amazing games, but the heavy emphasis on realism, and shooters sorta turns me off this gen. Even the PS3 has this problem, but not as badly as the other console. I personally am just taking gaming at short burst these days, as that is as much as I can give for now.
lol, most of them.
I still can't sign into PlayStation Network. I can sign into my account information just fine, but when I try to log in on playtation.com it has an error.
Update: I also seem to be able to log into my PSP and PS3 as well, but I still cannot log onto Playstation.com. it keeps saying "There's an error trying to authenticate you. Please try again."
Look at how many people that want to "buy" 360 games ^_^
That is true. Just look at the Wii. Nintendo could've went under, if the audience didn't catch on.
GT never ceases to amaze me with their logic...
more drama...

keyword here is Walmart.
Is buying a game really that hard? Just go to Gamesto-uh, I mean some thrift store or something.
I know, right?
This guy really has a point when it comes to approaching life. I never thought much of it, but I think that's how I am in life(I wouldn't admit it as it always felt wierd comparing life to a game).=_=
lol, are you being sarcastic? ^_^
The game has changed for character development. Will we ever see more character creations, like mario, in today's generation? One of the more recent ones is Sackboy, and his infectious smile has proven that heroes don't have to be master Chief to sell copies in this generation. As long as we have more characters, like Sackboy, that defy the status quote and remind us why we play video games and why games like Mario and Sonic did so well in their day, then the industry will continue to survive...
Sounds like a hardcore gamer they have there. Reminds me of all those hours I clocked in on my PS one back in the day.
lol, It would be pretty funny if Sony came out with some crazy ads for their PS4 in 2012(assuming that's when the console releases.
The mayans didn't predict the end of the world...we did.
PS4.
A console's performance in a foreign country can speak volumes to the overall strength of that particular brand. Sure, it'll do well in its home territory, but its influence overseas is where the real test is at.
By embracing their nostalgic past, Sony has finally broke through and has never been better. The PlayStation 3 has come a long way from the creative, but disturbing ads from 2006(Which I liked as well). Sony is now doing what many companies have overlooked: going back to their roots. They have changed their logo from the intimidating Spider-man font to a new, simpler typeface that is very reminiscent of the PS2 logo. The new commercials are a return to the humorous, straight forward approach ...
it'll take some time for Sony to overtake Microsoft in the US, but they pretty much have Europe and Japan wrapped up for second place. There are 3 key markets in this generation, and with 2 of the 3 in Sony's hands, Its safe to say that Sony is now the Second best-selling console this generation, but will take some time to eat at that lead that the Xbox has in North America.
I think the next slim model will have a similar shape, but the logo old logo is not coming back.
