I am very happy for PC gamers that will get a chance to play this really good game. I dont really play on PC much anymore but that doesn't matter. The more platforms good games go to the better it is for gamers. Especially single player games, the more this sells the more developers are inclined to make similar games.

I've never played a perfect game, as long as your expectations are high and not unattainable then this remake is quite capable of meeting them.
Of course it does, just look at it and how it plays. They did absolutely everything they could to turn it into an oldschool turn based jrpg to a flashy new action game. I sti wished it retained that orginal battle system but I'm still excited for this game.
I agree with how Square Enix is handling this reboot. Fans of the orginal have played through the game multiple times throughout the years so it's nice to see things mixed around a bit. Obviously there is a thin line, if you change too much some purists wont like it but from what I've seen so far it looks like they are striking a perfect balance between new and old (story wise). Of course we would have loved a take for take remake as well but because of how impressive FF7 remake looks...

This is the future of gaming and one of the things that will destroy it. Every major developer is going to have there own storefront and streaming service.
