@midnight,

Stop being a prat!

Both racing games are great, just because either is on a separate platform, doesn't mean one has to downplay them against one another. In terms of your "fact" it's wrong, it's an opinion. If it's fact it would of been noteworthy.

In terms of a racing sim, GT has always been the pinnacle of racing simulation. Forza mixes in some simulation with some arcade style racing.

@george

When I read the article and title I knew george would be here defending KI to the hilt.

Firstly, stop calling people fanboys when they don't agree with a certain way a franchise is going, regardless of it being on the Xbox One. To imply people at Evo are just console fanboys is a rubbish.

Evo is where the super die hard fighting game fans are, they are extremely passionate about the genre, so for them to boo says something, so sto...

Dragon's Dogmas was supported recently, they release a massive expansion, Dark Arisen, and it's damn fun! Unless you want endless character skins.

Rpgs don't require the same amount of support as fighting games, because of it's competitive nature and tournament plays. I'm not the greatest supporter of Capcom, but this SF update I can fully understand it.

No need to rush out SF5, Sf4 still looks greats, plays flawlessly, and still the most ...

Why would they! It's still the most consistent, popular and most played fighting game in tournaments. It's evo's biggest draw.

The game still looks remarkably good, so a new update, with 5 new characters, stages, all dlc costume packs and tweaks&balancing is great. Rather than the yearly COD games with only small changes using the same old engine, overpriced dlc but still charging you $60 for the privilage.

If you already have SF4 then the upd...

Currys, are the still in business? Pre-order stats from amazon uk, shopto, and game should also be noted.

I had a great time reading those petition comments. Blaming gamers for their short shortsightedness, and blaming Sony because they didn't follow suit.

So what if Sony didn't go the same route. Those mental Xbone fans are blaming Sony or PS4 supporters, blame MS for not having the balls the follow through with what they had envisioned. And I can guarantee if Sony did follow the same path as the Xbone, those Xbonehead fans will cry out because the PS4 is copying the Xbo...

If you don't like the wait then don't develop for consoles after 5 years Yves! Oh, console software primarily makes most of your money. Guess you just have to suck it up and develop as normal.

Mr. Guillemont needs to think before saying something like this, consoles have always been the alternative to PCs, many people don't want fiddle around with drivers, and change gfx cards every few years. Even if consoles hardware and architecture are similar to PC, doesn'...

Right so having a constructive voice regarding useless and backwards policies on a next-gen system makes someone a clown. Worst statement of the day! I don't we think people need a voice like yours to "how you think" online check-ins and DRM works.

Yes companies need to make money, but screwing over your loyal fan base is not the way to do it, hence the massive backlash MS received. Online check-ins and 24hr checks are never needed. It treats the consumer with c...

First all stop talking nonsense about a game that hasn't been completed, you haven't played it, only SEEN some videos. Reviews are not made by just looking at a video.

Co-developing with Rare you say, you do know most of the members from Rare when acquired by MS left, it's not the same Rare, only by name. Rare's major talents have left.

What you have now is new Rare making shoddy kinect games. Founders Tim and Chris ...

Nobody is bashing the game...yet. As it's unreleased. People are bashing the developer, even if you take their metacritic record out of the equation, they still have a poor track record with their released titles. Fact!

But, I do hope that make good with KI regardless of their previous track record.

Did you even read the article? Seriously, and piss off with that "they don't deserve our attention". You don't speak for gamers. If you can't even read the article in its fullest, then don't comment because you clearly didn't read it.

It is referenced many times that he played and tried games like cod, battlefield and halo, and actually prefers halo over other shooters.

Yes, they have the vision to put out large scale games, but their execution is far from good. It's about time they learn't from their previous bug ridden releases and release more stable titles in future.

Might as well release their games in beta if they're going to continue with their current trend. I think their ambitions for large scale games are far too big to be completed on time. Their attitude is release a game, knowing it's buggy, deal with those bugs ...

Word of advice Randy, shut up, focus on making quality games, stop sub-contracting your developments and become that studio that we all used to love before the Aliens fiasco.

No it doesn't, if enough people show interest in the game, hence import, then there is a chance it might get localised. Demons Souls is a perfect example!

Region locking is an old business practice of controlling the market that has outstayed it's welcome.

Funny article, firstly stating the X1 is more powerful than the PS4, false. And don't say power of the cloud, it hasn't proved anything yet.

And TV, really? In terms of a console, I want my hardware to play games and be more game centric, that's exactly what the playstation brand offers.

Kinect again, it has failed as a gaming gimmick. Unless you want to entertain 5 year olds then that's fine, but as a serious alternative to a controller it fa...

@george

Having a camera that you can unplug and still use the hardware as opposed to having a camera that is mandatory is different.

Yes, MS has better things to do like do a 180, oh right, that already done that. People don't trust MS enough to have kinect as a mandatory piece of hardware, and i don't blame those people. All the negatives MS caused to the Xbox brand is self inflicted.

You honestly think MS wont use the kinect to thei...

I hardly see people on the JR or Metro lines in Tokyo playing on PSP/Vitas or 3DSs, the majority is mobile phone gaming. Card battling games have become a massive trend in Japan among students and adults. Every week there seems to be a new card game out.

I don't if this will actually kills off the console market, or just a blip in the Japanese market.
