@george,
Yes, only 35% complete, as opposed to all those completed next-gen games we've seen.....oh wait....! Those are also still in development.
You have no idea how development works. You just like to find convenient ways to troll. Developers work up to last given time possible to make sure they release the best product they can.
So from what we've seen from Drive Club so far, means the next build to be shown will be a great improv...
My problem is not with the update itself. It's the rather that they are using assets from another game, which seems lazy.
@george,
because they're both driving games you muppet! What do you want to compare it to? an RPG game?
You really make moronic statements! Thank god you can only do it once per article.
No problem, the thing with the developer is that game is community funded, rather than a publisher helping them to make the game. So they don't need to overly rush the game. Probably that's why it's looking so good.
So with the community funding it, the date is not certain, but a target to aim for, Q1 2014. Good news is that they want to bring the game over to next-gen console, but that depends on their funding. Good news for self-publishing on the PS4.
True enough. Lets just hope that they put in the effort, because their movie tie-in games were pants.
Strider and KI are classics, and they better deliver. They already ruined Front Mission making it into a senseless mech shooter.
I still have some hope they might deliver, but maybe that's wishful thinking.
I remember watching some slo-mo trailer a while back, but thanks, will dig do some searches to see some more recent videos.
Last I checked Q1 2014
Those screens look hot! Definitely raised my expectations of the game. Now for some gameplay videos.
One bubble george, but make that copy and paste reference to the sony fanboys worth it!
Right give it to a developer with a pretty much shoddy record at making games. They were given Front Mission and totally messed it up.
KI does look good, but it's far from a finished product. Look at Battleship, Green Lantern, G.I. Joe, their shoddy record speaks for itself.
For the sake of the franchises I hope they can pull it off with Strider and KI.
Trophies already earned are tallied to form a total. So yeah, a points system already exist.
Way'd a go off topic, last I checked this was a comparison between 2 racing games!
george, you're down to one bubble! What happened?
Well of course Forza is more establish, it's in it's 5th iteration. Kinda of obvious to say it's "most established".
On another note, I am kinda of interested to see how that Drivatar concept works out. Gimmick or interesting feature?
First of, I am not hating on your comment. I can't see why there there should be hate regarding it.
Fighting games are only similar at a glance, but that's it. SF4, KOF13, TTT2, Persona Arena, Blazblue, Injustice, etc all play differently. 3d and 2d mechanics differ vastly. And even comparing 2d to 2d, or 3d to 3d games will still play differently.
Technically features like cancels, supers, and as such are similar by name, but implementations is diffe...
My wife bought the game, it's her first SMT experience, and it is brutal. She had to do the easy mode trick! But she is enjoying it nonetheless.
I've still yet to try it though!
I heard Capcom is hiring new artists to help with the backgrounds and characters in Ultra SF4. Must have at least 2 years experience pressing Ctrl C, and 4 years experience with Ctrl V.
In the end it's all a matter of opinion.
So automatically having an opinion regarding two franchises which I think are great makes me a GT fanboy?
Post all the links and videos you want, because for every Forza video or pro driving link there are GT ones. Also the fact the GT series has spurred GT academy shows how significant there series.
"The reason I say I was personally surprised was because PD aren't generally known as a studio to acknowledge that there are racing games that exist bey...
Oh, you play it and finished it already! Please give us your full reviewed analysis.
You can say the same for almost everyone game. COD, same games just new maps, Street Fighter 4 same game with just new fighters.
What you don't take into consideration is balance and tweaks for a lot of games, it can change a game drastically. Some new and improved features I'm looking forward to+
-new and improved physics engine and graphics

Did you even read the article you linked?
"“We’re not making Burnout, but the cars do damage, they deform and all that kind of stuff, so you are effectively scuffing up million pound supercars,”.
And it's more positive than negative. "The game that you play day one on PlayStation 4 is not going to be the same game you play a year down the line because it will have evolved a lot. We’re keeping the development architecture of the tracks etc very m...
