I see your point. Fair.
I'm just not all that bothered by grinding....however, it does indeed have problems with dropping exotics at a ratio that's decent.
Contrast this with borderlands ....that game makes loot feel pointless. Knowing a better drop is literally every 5mins.
I haven't played Diablo 3 after dlc and update. So I'm not sure how they handled this sorta issue.
But what would be acceptable? Just asking.
Plus....if there was no grind, wtf are you playing this? Go play cod or bf or similar.
Trying to attain rare shiz is what RPG type games are all about!
As i understand the new system allows you to feed weapons/armour of same type to raise weapon/armour stats....does this not include light level?
One thing Apple does better than anyone else....planned obsolescence.
I've never seen tech deliberately screw consumers to force new purchases every few years and somehow have the consumer love it!
"...nice...new iphone has a new charge cable making old cables obsolete. I'll buy that!"
Removable battery? Lol
I bought a ipod 4 many years ago...it was defective. Wouldn't charge. It was under warranty. I ...
Still enjoy this game. But I'm looking at mgo, blops3 & rainbow siege .....but which one? I've got enough time for one. Lol
I'm one of those guys who really misses the competitive mp. The rewards and abilities were fun and the stalking was just plain awesome.
But it was doomed....required patience most gamers had little of these days.
Has the fan revving been patched yet? Not on my ps4...sure menus are now fine, but during play it still taxes my ps4...fan gets loud!
I've always viewed BC as almost pointless. I'm a Sony guy from old....though i owned and played a 360 for its golden years before MS gave up in its last 2-3yrs.
When you move to the newest gen, most gamers invest in newer games. Its the point of the newer console. BC is that weird thing everyone thinks they want - and occasionally use....at first. (Hence why BC is so big a deal for LAUNCH consoles) Yet you quickly transition to newer games and never look back.
@Foxtrot
problem with offering a gamepad-less version of the WiiU is that it shows they don't gave full faith in their vision for their console. This message would hit consumers & devs pretty hard.
Now that its basically a failed system....cutting the gamepad, dropping price HUGELY and acknowledging that they are solely developing for their system essentially would be the right direction.
Moving beyond this? Hit Sony & MS with Nintendo s...
I think Ninny takes risks like the gamepad and motion controller before that (which was an initial hit...but tapered off with non-casuals)...because they are unwilling to enter the field of true online gaming. Not the limited online they have now, but rather full on proper infrastructure.
Sometimes taking unwarranted risks is unnecessary.
I have to agree. Once you burn out on existing content (much harder to do now with expansions), take a break...play something else (witcher).
But every time dlc hits i get sucked back in and I'm captivated for months.
PvP is big part of the fun though for me. Co-op arena is hella fun too.
Should be reported for s/ masking retardation.
If you see an ad for a Honda Civic driving through severe rugged terrain and proceed to buy it........is it your fault for undercarriage damage due to similar use after purchase? Sure. But its also Honda's fault in falsely portraying the cars use.
Make no mistake. A demo is always an ad.....marketing uses tons of ways to push products.
Exactly. MS has a marketing deal with them. You honestly believe that these types of marketing get done all willy nilly? Both MS & devs have lawyers on call if not actually on site!
This is about as blatant as you can get with false advertising. You might have an argument for negligent marketing. ....someone job is to watch out for these type of foibles.
Wasn't halo no irons until like halo 3? I forget.
Its only an issue because of all the other poor decisions. At this point the game seemingly was thrown together by children over a long weekend!
If it releases with none of bf4 issues....ill praise no space battles as the right choice. But we all know it'll be rife with connection issues and hit detection issues and balancing issues etc.
For a game based on star wars......and a reboot/master of a game that had space battles. It indeed seems lazy or doc agenda.
Imagine a racer where corners are deemed out of the main experience! Or a flight SIM that focuses on flight.....landing is DLC!
Almost platters both these racers. But Blur was awesome! Still pains me how Activision treated BC.
Amother overlooked racer was Dirt Showdown. It kinda felt like a dlc upgrade to dirt 3, but it had moments of brilliance.
Lots of SIM racers.....but other than Hot Pursuit; we need a new deep arcade racer!!!
I think COD is just tired. I can't imagine a mechanic or feel that would bring COD back to prominence.
Note i do not equate prominence with sales.
I need 10 to open bath....then i can buy the coop bell. I have the beg for help bell. Lol
Can't afford to spend any insight though until the bath is opened.
Um....so rather than make hero/villain (you'd hope their more than just Luke & Vader in the game)....you need only pick up their coins or whatever....
Lame.
I guess its very casual friendly shooter their going for here. I figured they'd be killstreaks or scorestreaks.
