Only way this is ever going to be possible for wide number of countries is to a) have some super LTE network b) enabled consoles and c) a merging of the minds to make this all affordable.

This gen with CAD $ tanked vs USD, its far too expensive to take chances. Last gen I bought El Shaddai. Great game I thought. But this gen? This gen no way.
