one of Sony's CEOs has literally said that they kinda like Apple style launches, so announcement a few days/weeks before actual launch.
MSI Gaming X cards are already in consumers hands for a few days now over here. Maybe because MSI dominates the Dutch Nvidia marketshare though.
Availability issues? There are just a lot of people buying these cards. I really hope Nvidia releases numbers next month just to shut up all those people claiming paper launch.
Wrong. There is no official support from nvidia for more than 2 way SLI but you can still use more than two cards just don't expect Nvidia to write optimized drivers for them.
Because it's filled with terrible, pretentious writing and bullshit arguments. Heck he even uses the argument that the game is too pretty so it's distracting him from actually playing it. How can anyone take something like that seriously? At least I'm hoping the writer is being satirical with stuff like that.
Because of marketing. Big launches like this have a carefully crafted marketing campaign. With special advertisements, reviews, events etc. Also distribution is slower than you might expect and there might be plenty of places that don't have stock yet.
Day 1 patch is already available. But I foresee lots of seperate reviews for MP and SP.
Do people really think these look great? At least view them at their native res, blurry textures galore. It really stands out if you have a 4K monitor.
Nice attention grabbing headline there, typical clickbait. Guy hasn't worked for them since 2012!
Don't much care about graphics. It's the gameplay that looks dated to me.
They look like villages now. For a proper city take a look at Novigrad in the Witcher 3.
The whole early embargo means confident argument makes no sense. They don't really need reviews to sell Uncharted anyway.
Also in terms of marketing it makes no sense to have reviews more than a month before release.
Some sacrifices have to be made to be able to run at 60 FPS.
Quality over quantity (mostly haha).
Funny as hell though. USgamer, puzzles too hard.

Okay...
It never was. The developer Jonathan Blow has always said it will come out on other platforms than PS4 and PC. Just later. Initially Blow wasn't a fan of Microsofts handling of self published games (infamous parity clause) but luckily Microsoft seems to be doing this different now.
Bundles aren't counted in the US sales.
It launched completely bare bones. If it was released on PS4 or Xbox One it would have been slammed. They're lucky Nintendo gets a pass on a lot of basic features from most reviewers.
DriveClub probably outsold all Forzas combined.
