Nintendo is a gaming media darling. They get forgiven certain shortcomings that Microsoft, Sony, EA, Activision etc. would not be forgiven for. Just go by user scores. They are far more reliable anyway even though there are always the trolls that never played it giving it a 1 or a 10. On average the scores are very reliable.

You need a beast of a CPU to run it above 60 fps and we all know consoles are seriously lacking in that department.

Actually not at all. The biggest benefit of PC gaming is higher framerates.

Unlike Sony, Microsoft advertised this as the true 4K console. Clearly a dig at the PS4 Pro. The fact that a lot of (newer) games will not be running at 4K makes it false advertising.

You do know HDR is supported on Xbox One S and normal PS4 as well. Oh wait no your didn't.

Wipeout is playable at native 4K and locked at 60 fps.

It's not that impressive if the xbox one x can run games at 4K/60 fps if the same game runs at 60 fps on the xbox one s. It's only logical because the improved GPU allows for better resolutions. It's the minimum you'd expect.

People with actual knowledge of hardware have been saying all the time that the CPU in the Xbox One X is only marginally faster than the one in the Pro. There probably won't be a single game that runs at 30 FPS on the Pro and 60 FPS on the XBox One X unless it is extremely heavily GPU limited.

It still needs a patch. People have no clue what they're talking about. A game is coded to run at a certain resolution and will not automatically run at a higher res without developer input.

1440p is not 2K. Not even close. 2K is a movie industry resolution and has only slightly more pixels than 1080p.
