Well... I'm sure because Sony allows developers to use Keyboard & Mouse for their titles. Its developers that decide not to do it. All have the option.

As far as head tracking goes, Headtracking is BASIC. If you've never used it, you really have to try it to get how it corresponds to your head movements. You can't watch it THIRD PERSON, its a first person effect.
Its such a basic concept, its not magic. No way in Hell PD can't progam it to work when people are Doing it themselves for games. Just such bullshit.
