Apart from Lost Odyssey being my best JRPG, Lost Odyssey is one of the best games i have played this gen.It took me 83hours to complete and since then, i have recommended this game to a few friends and those that bought it, actually loved it.

Sorry for the late reply. In Nigeria, we still use dial up internet connection. Internet connection of around 512kb/s can cost a household around $500 a month. Now considering the fact that Nigeria is a 3rd world country, a huge majority of the population can not afford that. And even at that speed, it is still to slow to piggy back off another server in the states to play xbox live.

My nieces and nephew live in Nigeria and they want me to buy an xbox 360, Kinect + kinectimals as a christmas gift for them. So WTF are they going to do with 250gigs of space? There is no XBL service in Nigeria, so there is absolutely no need for 250gigs.
As Bioshock said, its all about choice. If you need the space, get the 250gig. if you don't, the 4gig is more than enough.

Joy Ride should be packaged with every Kinect sold because i fail to see how anyone will actually pay for this.
We may not like kinect on N4G but what you must all remember is that we are the minority. IMO Kinect is going to be a sales success and these are the 3 things that i have seen that will drive consumers crazy at launch.
1) Minority report style dashboard navigation
2) Kinectimals (my niece and nephew want it soooooooooo bad)
3) Dance Central (watch this game put up sales numbers like Just Dance).
The last FPS I bought before ODST was COD4 in 2008 and after watching E3 this year, I wont be buying any FPS apart from Halo Reach. As of late, i actually find myself playing games for much shorter periods of time.
IMO, Kinect on the 360 is a like xbox live on the 1st xbox. You paid $50 a year for a barebones service that had mostly crap online games but a few gems like Halo 2 but was built from the ground up to be an integral part of the 360 to deliver a great online service from the beginning with room for improvements.
I think thats how Kinect will be.Even if Kinect sells well, it will only have a few break out or must have games for the core audience but expect the next xbox console...
Lost Odyssey is one of my top 5 games I have played this gen and it is turn based. FF13 was absolute rubbish IMO. I tried to like it but after 24hours, i completely gave up and traded in my copy for a much shooter but much much better game Alan Wake.
Fable games are a bit flawed but there is a certain British charm that Lionhead seem to be able to capture with their franchise that you just cant get anywhere else. Fable 3 is looking to be the best one yet in the series.
I would like to see Mass Effect 3 as a controller + Kinect Hybrid. Control the game normally with the pad but use your biotic powers with hand gestures. I think that would be cool and if there was a patch for ME2, i sure will play it a 3rd time.
Apart from that, i agree with leaving the old games as they are and investing in new IP's. Will be interesting to see how Steel Batallion, Codenamed D and the other more serious Kinect games announced will turn out.
