Have you played a pirated 360 game before because i have.
you have to open your 360, make hardware changes to it which at the end voids your warranty and makes it impossible to join XBL even as a silver member.
when i got my 360 3years ago 2 of my cousins got one each about 2 months later.
They got their 360's modded 6 months later and after 4 months the 1st one got the RROD.But sorry no replacement since it was modded.

- Did you create a character in Condemned or Saints row ?and if you did can you still use those characters in the sequel?
- Did the unique choices you made in Saints row or Condemned affect the way your world will start in the sequel?
It would be stupid of EA to release Mass Effect 2 on the PS3 without Mass effect releasing 1st on the console.So EA has 12 months to release both versions for the PS3.

EDIT:This is my biggest problem with Sony and their strategy with the PS3,hype,hype,hype and more hype.
When the story about the 11 games was posted on the web over a week ago, Sony should have cleared it up immediately in order for people not to get their hopes up only for it to sink to the ground again.
That is a promotion done by Sainsbury's and nothing to do with Microsoft to try and boost their image as not just a business in the food service sector but one that appeals in the Videogame retail sector.

I expect both the PS3 and 360 to last 6 years before a new version is released.
The 360 has started seeing a resurgence is sales due to price cuts, marketing and software and Microsoft would want to milk as much profit as they can out of the 360.
