Birds of the same feather flock together.
For once i agree with you.
Ohh please don't bring racism into this.I am Black African and i also feel that HHG portrays a very high level of poor journalism.
lol.
Anyway, this metacritic nonsense should no longer be news by now.
I know about GTA4: The lost and the damned, it's just that i am not a big GTA fan.I do own GTA4 and if Lost & The damned turns out great then i might just have to pick it up.And on that note dont forget Stoked and the DLC's for Fallout 3.
Infamous,MLB and Yakuza have no confirmed release dates .So pls give me games that have a solid release date and are releasing during the 1st quarter of 09 like i did, infact i will make it simpler for you the 1st half of 09.
Lost Odyssey took me 84 hours and approximately 4 months to complete because i also used to play it in between other games as well.If Star Ocean can leave up to 80% of my experience with Lost Odyssey then i would be one happy gamer.
I don't think there has ever been a more hectic first quarter since the 360 was launced.last year the only worthy exclusive was Lost Odyssey (great game). But now i have pre ordered
Halo Wars,
Race Pro (still on the fence),
Ninja Blade and
Star ocean: the last hope
And they are all arriving before the middle of next month and lets not forget multiplats like Street fighter 4 and Resident evil 5.
If the 1st quarter is like this i can only imagine how...
Also RACE PRO February 13th.
.
Is there any RTS that judging from the demo is better than Halo Wars on a home console?Maybe if compared to PC RTS's it will fall short but so will console FPS in comprising to their PC counterparts due to the use of a keyboard and mouse.
This game is targeting console gamers like me that will not game on a PC.So on that note i am judging it for what it is, an RTS game built from the ground up for a console and controlling perfectly in the process.
Never played an RTS but the Halo Wars demo was simply badass.Even if it was a completely different genre, there was no doubt that you were playing 1st and foremost a Halo game.
The controls were sublime, graphics very good and the story seems to be good judging from the demo. The game just went from "I'll wait for reviews" to most definitely a day one buy. Hope this game becomes a sales success so that we can get more RTS's on consoles.
It's still snowing in Oxford
Fact: 360 is 1.3 million consoles ahead of the ps3 in the UK
360 - 3.2million
PS3 - 1.9 million

I am also based in the UK.
Purchased Braide last night and all i have to say is that Braide is one of the best games i have played in a very long time. That game simply destroys alot of so called AAA games out there.Awesome.
lol i also heard it.
My favorite Sony franchise. Will get a PS3 for this.
I made a comment earlier this year defending Microsoft's stance on not bundling exclusive games day one they are released because it is a false indication of what consumers want. Are they buying the bundle because its a bargain or do they want the game making the game a system seller?
I used Resistance bundle as an example because the game had sold 3million including bundles and said that if Resistance 2 is not bundled the game won't do as well as Resistance 1.Guess what i got l...
WTF!! 2 million consoles.I am no analyst but i can guess that no console has ever done that before.
I don't think it's as easy as that.I believe that Sony is not advertising the PS3 enough and in "enough" i mean advertising the value of the system over it's rivals.
A consumer goes into a shop and all they see is the price and especially since Microsoft and Nintendo are very good at advertising the lower price points of their consoles .Sony's adverts should highlight the inclusion of wi-fi,web browser, blue-ray, free online gaming etc, things that it has over it's riva...
