Sony deserves the PsVita to finally smash Nintendo's handheld sales...It baffled me why anyone bothered buying any of Nintendo's handhelds that came out after the PSP, as PSP was just such a superior piece of hardware. Also PSP was region free I thought, as I bought Ghouls'n'Ghosts off playasia, or somewhere & it was the US or Asian version & worked on my Australian PAL psp without a problem.

I agree MikeTyson, it should have been introduced to PS3 in it's 1st couple of years without hesitation. I would use it for sure, I mean I hardly use my 360, as opposed to my PS3, but when I do go on 360 I nearly always use x game chat at some point with mates. So, seeing I hardly use my 360, but when I do I use x game chat nearly everytime, it is only logical I would use the feature on PS3 a hell of a lot more.

Yes it is true Sony have stated that PS4 will not have the level of investment that PS3 did....But I think many of PS3's features will carry over to there next console, saving them 100's of millions, yet not having them have to sacrifice the power we project & expect from next gen machines from Sony & MS.

How powerful is the thing though, as so far from what I've seen, it is actually looking less powerful than 360 & PS3.
It also needs a traditional controller, as a tablet type system for a controller would be pretty useless for most genres of games.
PS4 & 720 will end this thing....I mean it truly seems like Nintendo give us customers nothing but gimmicky features coupled with tech that is literally a generation behind, or not much better.

What the hell is wrong with Nintendo? They love there own proprietry catridge formats due to the fact that 3rd party developers will have to pay them over inflated prices to put there games on them, they fail these 3rd parties therafter as they give them no development tips or tools to take advantage...

Also the awesome looking d/l title Wipeout HD was 1080p coupled with the blistering 60fps frame rate, same with the Virtua Tennis games (on PS3 anyway), Super Stardust HD, & a fair few more on the list....And considering Timesplitters on the PS2 ran at 60fps all them years ago, on far less competant hardware, then one would think that 1080p & 60fps would be a given for pretty much all next gen games (especially on PS3 given the claims Sony made about 120fps...

Thing is, when Sony rocked up, they ended up building a collection of games on PS1, that turned the machine into it's days equivelant of the SNES & MD/Genesis rolled into the one machine. It had all the levels of games in even more quality & quantity than both Sega & Ninty had on both of there 2 gens of consoles that came before it. The fact is that this years E3 is basically the stuffing in the chicken/turkey. Next year when Sony & MS show Xbox Fusion & PS4 will be the E3 people want to see. As things go now, I think any new games announced or to be announced for PS3 & 360, will dissapear off both there release schedules, as the new games demand too much from these ageing consoles....next year these games will be shown for the new gen machines at next years E3.

Oddworld Inhabants screwed themselves badly when they shyed away from the PS brand & it's loyal followers, to go exclusive to MS's new console. It was rare enough, & only testament of Sony's marketing genius & great 3rd party respect & relationships, when Playstation 1 hit the market & dominated so hard selling more units than any other console before or after it....until it's sequel, the PS2 of course.
