Also, can you lend it or sell it?
I used to have one account for both my PS3 and PSP. In the meantime I created an US account and bought one more PS3, so currently I have 3 gaming systems and 2 accounts.
"maybe you should think what psn can do that XBL can't"
From the top of my head:
Free online gaming,
PS Home,
Folding,
3D PSN games (Stardust, Wipeout).
The Internet, not really a part of PSN, but it's available on my PS3 nonetheless.
Cross game chat, web browser, mkv support.
Keep dreaming about those features. As of now, all you get is "Hello, world" on your TV.
"It is the hackers that made my PSP awesome, not Sony."
Sure, that's why it's written "Hackers" on the PSP, not "Sony".
But, you can display "Hello, world" on your TV.
All these years I've been dying to display exactly those words ("Hello, world") on my TV. I don't know whether to mod my PS3 now, or I should wait another 4 years for custom message.
Marry that girl, man.
Get a room, guys...
Ever heard of SixAxis? That came out at the same time as Wiimote.
Now that we covered controls, we can discuss Blue Tooth connectivity, Blu-Ray optical discs, graphics... That too determines console generation...
"[I]t'd be fun to be on the other side."
Other side of bars? Or other side of receiving end, when he lands a job picking up soaps in prison showers.
How many hours does it take to finish it?
I also think they should change that. Sometimes I don't have time to watch the whole movie in one sitting. I don't see a reason for such limitation. Am I going to make money charging neighbours for watching the movie in my house? On second thought somebody might do just that in Internet cafes and such venues.
That would be a smart move on Sony's part. For any doubters in 3D: check out Imax Deep Sea in 3D. I watched it yesterday and my living room was filled with undersea creatures. I don't think there was even any crosstalk in that movie. It's flawlessly done.
The benefit is that all of us can now make our own games. It's easy especially on the PS3.

Chuck Norris.
No Shadow of the Colossus???
I've seen this quest before, but I think it's a new video. Megawatt Mayhem, nonetheless!
I like games on a shelf, too, but I also hate swapping discs. Disc changer for the console would be real nice!
