Yikes, I'm fairly new to N4G but I'm noticing that the PS4 fanboys really feel like they run this site. Anything that's slightly negative toward Sony/PS4 and there's rage everywhere, and when it's positive toward Sony/PS4 it's a sea of "lol M$ sucks" posts. I'm a fan of both consoles (but a Nintendo fanboy by heart haha) so it's annoying to me, but carry on :p
A flop commercially but still with countless fantastic games I'll return to someday. DKC:TF, Pikmin 3, SM3DW— the list is longer than most care to admit. : )
I can't wait to get my hands on all those VR games, remakes, and obscure indie titles!
I'm the biggest Mario fan in the world and I think the asking price is too much. Besides the fact that I don't think the game is special at all (just not a fan of auto-runners), being able to beat all the stages in no time is disappointing. I'm also not much of a "replaying old stages" kind of person, which is where the draw of the game is, so there's that too.
But I'm glad that so many people are loving it, although I imagine it's mostly ...
A great comment. These PS4 days feel very reminiscent of when the PS2 dominated... and then the PS3 came. Sony went into that generation too confident, and even though the PS3 eventually became a strong competitor we all know the Xbox 360 ran the show most of last generation. It can happen again :o
