You sure can read an article until the end... wait, no you can't:
page 2: The Xbox 360 fell out of the top 30 sales at Amazon days after a hardware price cut. The product initially held a sales increase at the retailer immediately after the discount
The price cut wasn't enough

The thing is, for the sony trinity, is that they hold a big marketshare with those three products. That's why there's no price drop for the ps3 on the horizon... so not only because it costs as much as it is sold.
That's their tactic and that's how they play it.
MS has a big 11% marketshare each month, which is the lowest in between the Big 3. The price drop on the 360 and the closing of Ensemble doesn't look straight.

840.... coming from VGchartz, it's funny.... 'cause it means 840 is an inflated number.
The closest I see is Criterion. Other devs should do like them. They offered alot of DLC and it was free.
Yeah, Dyack is indeed pompous... although, I can't remember what he said on the neogaf forums about if this game flopped...
I might rent it. The character models are ugly, but the environements look good. And it also looks like it won't innovate that much on gameplay. We'll see.
The news coming from MS around the time of E3 sure smelled alot like a smear campaign. (Check N4G for stuff S.Kim said and other MS reprentatives...)
And I didn't see TheHater's earlier comments, but I do agree with him.
Me and my friends were playing Warhawk, and Burnout, and it seems that we all get some problems with our mics at some point. In warhawk, after a round, one or two of our mates can't hear us, but we can hear him pretty good (and it's not the same dudes all the time BTW).
In Burnout, after awhile, the same thing happens. I heard this happens in Resistance and in COD4, so I point towards 2.4 as being faulty in this area.

I commented that story back then and suspected he was fired.
edit: ROFL @ the disagrees
to be honest, I'm all for feminism, but I hate extremists, such as these stupid people and those who think RE5 is racist. Technically, Syndicate is racist over humans... crap, now I want a sequel to Syndicate Wars :(
While this might be good news for PC and 360 gamers, I think it's bad news for consumer all around. DLC is getting out of hand. Weird, but EA and Criterion offered alot of DLC for free for their game Burnout Paradise. What I mean is, if this was universal, they could offer it for a small fee or none @ all, but I'm pretty sure it'll cost more than a l'il bit. I'm sure the same goes for the GTA4 content.
Also, if a game is incomplete before the DLC, then nobody should buy that co...
Bomberman can easily be made for PSN instead of a full fledge PS3 blu-ray game.
The rest of Hudson, I don't even care about... moreso if it's a new Adventure Island, I hated that game so much.
Maybe they'll post a bundled pack on PSN tonight with the store update?
I know, it's wishful thinking, but I'll wait for the store update before buying it.
all PS3's play PS1 titles.
the 40gb right now doesn't play PS2 titles, but we saw a rumour about an update that could change that. If this picture is true, then it points toward the possibility of having an update for the 40gb.
But the thing with the trophies being exchanged for rewards was hinted at when they first announced them on the official blog.
be it a starcraft MMO or a D3 MMO, both suck. I hate stuff that are Pay2Play and I think that it's not worth it to pay a monthly fee to play a fetch quest game.
If it's an MMO, count me out.
All the MS numbers are "shipped" consoles, RROD and any replacement machines are automatically counted, thus some machines were counted twice... sometimes more.
of course they are dumb, it's Kotaku.
I agree, and some people are saying that sending your machine for multiple repairs is acceptable. I find that repulsive in the way that those consumers are being played for fools and they like it.
I wasn't interested in the first Xbox because of Millenium and 95. yes, their OS turned me off. Now that I've seen what an original xbox could do, I'm glad I didn't get one.
Now on the case of the 360, I was wondering if I should get one, but what is happening with Vis...
