I'm using a counterfeit xp, and I turned off any WGA notification. This new update thing is useless if , when you installed XP and were asked to update, you said no and clicked on "don't ask me again"
I have yet to see a problem, the system has been running since 2001
Well, they should revise these policies for demoes, but I think it will ensure users won't have crap DLC and force publisher to use more of the Blu-ray... I mean less horse armors, and stupid crap like capcom's DLC (difficulty level for MM9, Costumes that should be on disc...)
I sure hope so though.
I'd ask the same question for movies. I'm tired of seeing remakes of things that were done not too long ago, be it games or movies.
I agree, Uncharted feels refreshing, but it would be nice if there were a bit more on that front.
But I'm a gamer, there's never enough.
What's this site reputation? 'cause he said:
"In an article I wrote for PlayStation Insider, I have found information that the episodes will be coming to PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 in a kind of “Double-Pack” on retail disc in 2010."
True or not?
you forgot Uncharted, it's a bizarro Mario, since you jump on platforms.
I must be the only person in the world who doesn't want cross chat. I can still invite friends to join in my games, but if I watch a movie, I don't want to speak to anyone because I'M WATCHING A MOVIE!
voice messages though would be nice. Takes less time than typing. But I don't think cross game chat would be fun. If I'm playing Warhawk, I don't want to hear anybody from SOCOM.
2009- the discovery of an analyst more stupid than Micheal Pachter.
There's also the Burnout Paradise legendary cars coming out.
if Pachter said it, then you know it won't happen.
Burnout PC was released later than the console version. I remember all the Crash TV's about the "Upcoming PC version", so it's not "old enough". The PC version was released, what , 8 months after the console? I'd have to verify...
Let's see in 8 months if the PC version's price gets the cut.
P.S.: Burnout Paradise was a great product. One of the few games I'm still playing a year later and that was worth more than every penny.
Is it so hard to write an article without lists? You know, just a neat title then a paragraph or two about some of the stuff they got right with a closing comments surfing what they didn't.
I'm tired of lists articles, like 8 things Killzone 2 will have, 5 things PS3 forgot, 30 craziest quotes. I need more meat in my articles.
What does this have to do with gaming?
if you really work for UGO, which I doubt, but in any case... STOP MAKING LISTS ARTICLES! Do you think your demographics are mentaly challenged or something? Did you get too many "tl;dr" emails? There are ways to write articles without making lists. Mainly refer to your journalism course.
It's not directed at UGO particularly, but at all the lame articles I keep seeing on here which read :"10 reasons to hate xbox", "5 reasons PS3 will fail", "...
I'd add to that list of things to fix -the headshots-.
The head almost act as a normal part of the body and is not very much more vulnerable than the rest. The competition mode isn't that great because of most of what you said and the crappy damage detection. I shouldn't have to waste a clip in the face of an opponent to kill it.
Quoted from the article:
"But The Lost and Damned, the first of two Xbox 360 exclusive downloadable episodes for GTA IV, is the perfect example of DLC done right."
My response: No! Criterion did the perfect example of DLC done right up 'til now. (maybe more if the free stuff released on the same day of the party pack is worth it. Heck, even the new legendary cars are already worth it and they're not released yet). The way they did was "free for a year"...
well, there's that and also, since I saw Burnout on DS, I'm afraid of how this will turn out.
PC gamers won't get a demo so they won't know that it is crap until they bought it.
Pirates 2
Pandemic 1
Average Joe 0
this is as stupid as the gay olympics (what prevents gay from the ordinary olympics anyway???). I'm all for gay rights, but this has no place in HOME. It's about gaming, not sex. I couldn't care less if the person I played Warhawk with is a lesbian or a gay dude.
I loved Anarchy Online. Granted, the subway level is annoying, but the exploration afterwards was fun.
