With this year looking like Xbox might have a ton of Solid games, a Game Pass windows Tablet would likely help! This year is full of GP games.
Nice job! Didn't even read the article! Games like Starfield, Hellblade 2, Redfall, Forza Motorsport, Stalker 2 and more are coming this year to Game Pass.
The biggest PS5 games in 2023 are Forspoken and FF16. Unless you have PS5 Vr2. I am sure it's great, but $599 no thanks. $449 maybe. It should be cordless at that price.
Been playing Saints Row! An hour in, and really liking it. It so far is a worthy reboot. Playing it on 1080p ultimate settings, on Series X. It looks great and runs great too.
I haven't even bothered with UHD mode.
For FPS I prefer performance modes, accept Fortnight. When playing it in graphics mode, on Series X my FPS rarely drops below 60fps, as your FPS are displayed up top.
There was only one time I was dropping in, from the party bus, and my FPS went all over the place. I mean below 26 fps. I quit that game before landing. Dropped right back in, and was back at 60fps. Must have been the server.
Have to say, it's fun to stop playing Fortnight for awhil...
Wind Waker is best played, on Wii U! The Gamepad made such a massive difference. The remake was a masterpiece! The OG still looks pretty good, but the Wii U version has so much more detail. Also the Swift Sail makes traveling the sea a breeze, so much faster.
Saints Row? Yes please!
Pretty sure if Microsoft owns COD, they will offer perks to use their platforms. Sony does it all the time! They pay publishers extra for perks and timed exclusivity.
No, it won't. Microsoft said "in the next couple of years". By then Switch will have a successor. COD could run on Switch 2 at lower resolutions, lower assets, etc. It isn't going to hold anything back, accept itself.
You aren't going to see MK8 for sale on Steam. 1st party Nintendo games are the main reason to even own one.
If the next gen Nintendo console doesn't provide specs at least the Pro/Xbox 1X, assuming it will be a hybrid again, count me out.
I say that, but Nintendo has worked magic, on under powered hardware. Honestly, I would love to see what could be accomplished in 3D Mario game, Zelda, MK9, Xenoblade, Eternal Darkness, Hyrule Warriors. Even with last gen Pro level power.
I just bought their 50th anniversary collection, so no it isn't dead. Funny how they Marketed the Jaguar system as 64 bit. It was really 2 32 bit processor's. The 3D games definitely showed that. Along with the games, it tells the history behind the games and systems.
Atari also has Rollercoaster Tycoon games. I'd buy a new one, in a second. Although I am not sure how they could improve much from other Coaster sims, like Planet Coaster. Bought that for my Se...
Loading? Uh most of my games don't "load" they are, in Quick resume status. Once a game boots up once, you will rarely have to see a load screen again. Right now there are 6 games in quick resume status, on my Series X.
If you're a "gamer" and you "don't have time to take a shit" maybe put the controller down for 5 minutes. Just kidding! 🙂✌
Splatoon 3 is better if that is what you're looking for.
It's almost 6 years old! Time for a new Switch!
N64 had ads on billboards!
Guess you don't live in a big city. Billboards constantly change, and morph. Las Vegas? Forget about it! There is so much constantly going on! 3D Billboards! Won't distract me one bit!
I would play RDR2 if it ran @60fps on Consoles. The game is one of the best looking game worlds ever created. It feels to sluggish at 30fps. Witcher is better, and the 60fps boost helped that. The pro consoles got the 60fps option last gen.
X looks better than the Switch Xenoblade games.
Games that are rushed, and not delayed often end up failing. I still haven't played Cyberpunk yet, because we were over promised, and a hot mess released.
