It would almost be ok if it was a rock solid 60fps... but it most likely won't be.
Although there will always be a gap (kind of like having a brother who is 1 year older than you, you will never be able to catch up to him in age) but if the Xbox One can keep up with the PS4 until the end of the cycle, I think everyone in general will be happy.

Dude, me saying they give status updates from time to time is not even referencing the trademark renewal. Where the hell is it clear as day in that? I didn't even mention the word trademark in there at all. Since they announced this game back for PS3, they have come out every so often saying "Hey, it's still happening guys". That's what I'm referring to as status updates from them.
I didn't say renewing a trademark is a PR move. I am referring to coming out every year or so and saying "Hey we are still doing..something... with the game..."
And yet you don't know any of that to have actually happened... this is what I'm talking about.
I don't think it's really about the haters so much as the time on this game... you have to admit, it's seeming less and less likely this is actually going to see the light of day, no matter how much you or I want this game.
And yes, this is taking into account their little status updates from time to time. PR is PR.

I'm a pretty big xbox fan boy and I've always felt this was the case. It shows in the launch ui and overall the os was and still has some issues that more time would have fixed.

He should probably keep quiet until the game is in alpha mode instead of in conceptual developmemt... he's been disappointing people for years, not with his games per se, but with his overblown promises that almost never pan out. Talented guy, horrible PR person.
