Absolutely. Snagged Rogue Galaxy day 1 because of this very reason. Hoping ff12 either gets a remaster or a launch on here.

Besides the few direct sequels to final fantasy games ie FFX-2 or FFXIII-2 or 3, you are good to go to start on any Final Fantasy game you would like too. Some good starters I would suggest would be VI, VII, IX or X.

Bethesda has always been very pro mod, go so far as to push that as one of their major reasons for supporting pc versions of their games for so long... can't imagine this was intentional.
